   The waiter had to many people she was waiting on. We waited over 10 minutes to get our tea to drink and get to order. Food was good and will go back.

   The majority of the hot food items were lukewarm to cold upon arrival. Our very small dinner order took an extremely long time to arrive. Food items were served incomplete and had to ask for multiple corrections. While we were rather disappointed in some of our food (especially for the price of their “fine dining”, we were very pleased with our server, Maria, and appreciated her friendly service, especially on Christmas Day!!

   I would give this place zero stars if possible. Our experience at MorningStar Steakhouse was nothing short of a disaster, and we will never be returning. We made a reservation for 12 people, and several in our group have dietary restrictions. We made these restrictions clear to our waitress when we arrived. The restaurant was completely empty upon our arrival, which should have been a good sign for a prompt dining experience. Spoiler: it wasn’t. The nightmare began when the first dish arrived after 40 minutes. It took over 30 additional minutes for the majority of our party to receive their food. By that point, several people were done eating while others hadn’t even gotten their meals. The food was even worse. Four of the steaks were either undercooked, overcooked, or contained gluten—despite the clear instructions to avoid it. It took another 40 minutes to correct three of those steaks, and when they finally arrived, they were still wrong. At this point, we were completely fed up. Three in our party never got to eat due to the kitchens inability, or worse incompetence. And then, the manager—if you can even call her that—made the situation even worse. She was rude, condescending, and had the audacity to argue with one of our guests. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely out of line. She clearly has no business managing a restaurant or interacting with customers. It’s clear she’s not cut out for customer service. To top it off, we had another reservation for Christmas Day at MorningStar, which we canceled immediately after this awful experience. They try to present themselves as a high-end steakhouse, but they should visit one to understand how it’s actually done. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible service, awful food, and a management team that could not care less about its customers. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

   Great food most of the time! The prime rib is exceptional but my salmon was a little dry. The prices went up again and only one choice on the size of the prime rib dinner now. We don’t go as much as we used to as no great coupons anymore!

    As always, our dining experience at Moring Star Steakhouse was excellent. The food was fantastic, the service was wonderful, our server was friendly and very efficient. The entire atmosphere in the restaurant is of fine dining, but with reasonable prices. Portions are always more than enough, in fact, I always require a take home box.
