I just had a $500 meal for three (no drinks) at Mooo. As a steak fan, I Was looking forward to this for over a year. I experienced a terrible steak and very unexciting sides. A Texas Roadhouse meal is WAY better. I had: Dry aged 60 day prime bone in ribeye 18oz. $95 (steak alone) Mooo “side flight” sides ($42) Bananas Foster ($?) I don’t think the steak it was ever 18oz, looked more like a 16oz (raw) steak. presentation was pathetic, steak was cooked & chucked on a white plate with a separate cold tub of herb butter, no garnish of any kind. The ribeye had a very narrow cap section that turned out to have a massive grissle/sinew strip in it, all the way around the outside of the “eye”. I haven’t ever had this much sinew in a ribeye. Essentially it ate like a crummy ribeye from a chain supermarket. I had a better ribeye at a diner in a “steak & eggs” breakfast!! For $13! I could easily take a $12 ribeye from market basket and blow this away. The sides were absolutely weak: pasty, flavorless mashed potatoes, just ok sautéed mushrooms, basic and unmixed creamed spinach, French fries with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. Bottom line: Totally unacceptable experience for a super high end restaurant. I’d actually expect more at a 99 restaurant. I did not complain at the table because it was my birthday gift and I didn’t want to make my company uncomfortable. I did tell several staff members in discretely as we left. I did not ask for anything free and paid the entire bill without question. I will never go back again nor will the rest of my party as I found out later their experience was similar to mine. What has happened to fine dining?? Do people really accept this ? so sad.

Suzanne was wonderful. Knowledgeable, timely, well mannered and well equipped to deliver the kind of service you expect from an establishment like this. The food was phenomenal. This was my second time going to a Moo restaurant and I will be returning. Despite being almost full, the restaurant wasn’t too loud. Highly recommend. Zero complaints.

We had an excellent experience at Mooo and I’m quite sure it was the best meal we’ve eaten all year. The steak was perfect and we had a salmon tartare app which was just incredible. We will certainly be back.

We where greeted politely and with a smile from the valet to the hostess's and everyone that was at the front desk. Entire wait staff where very courteous professional and attentive. Food was excellent.

We had a 9:30 pm reservation and had to wait at the host stand for 30 minutes to be seated. When we were finally seated the wait wasn’t even acknowledged by the person who sat us. We then waited another +20 minutes to receive our drinks. High points were the Japanese Beef Dumplings & Wagyu Flat Iron. Low was the Creamed Spinach. Our server was sweet and nice but overall the experience/service we received was not at the level we would have expected at a steakhouse at this price point. We would be reluctant to plan another special occasion dinner here.

We had 8pm reservations on New Years Eve, it was busy and after a short wait, we were seated. Food and service were both great!

Excellent service! Amazing food and service! Would have preferred main dining room we were placed in the furthest room in the back! Room was still nice with fireplace! But felt removed from the social scene in Bain dining room! Excellent overall experience! Staff was on point! Even the valet has our car ready and warned up! Can’t wait to return!
