Wonderful first time visit, will be going back. Very clean restaurant, nice atmosphere and terrific service! The food was very good. My shrimp were perfectly cooked and I loved the panko breading. A sweet little basket of different breads was a starter for us and it was well liked. This would be a great place to take someone for a special occasion. It is not a place that you have to dress up for, but when you are there you sense you are in a setting slightly elevated above other local restaurants.

Montero’s is a large restaurant with an intimate dining layout and experience. The food is authentic, fresh and DELICIOUS! Service was friendly and attentive. In addition, it was my Birthday and at my reserved table was a Birthday greeting from the restaurant, signed by the staff. Another plus, if this pertains to you or someone in your party, Montero’s offers a large selection of inventive Vegan entrees. My sister is Vegan and usually has to settle for a salad or an appetizer, she was extremely pleased! Montero’s is an excellent dining experience, whether for a special ox or just a dinner out.

We arrived and were seated promptly and servers immediately took cocktail and appetizer orders, which arrived in a timely manner, at which time meals were ordered. Timng of food delivery was good and all meals delivered as ordered and hot. Staff and owners Karin and Andy are always friendly and appreciative and it remains our local favorite.

We had the steak special. Everything was seasoned just right. We've celebrated three Wedding Anniversarys with them and four different birthdays. Mr. Andy and the staff is outstanding!

As usual everything was great. We have never had a bad meal here. Great food and the staff is awesome. I highly recommend Monteros.

This was our first visit to Montero's. We had reservations and were seated right away. Our server, Brooke, was very attentive and answered all our questions on menu items. We had the pickles and pimento cheese, and onion tanglers appetizers were quite tasty. Entrees were superb. The jumbo fried shrimp were butterflied and lightly dusted which made them easy to love. The Mahi with Crab Newberg was excellent, too. The included bread and assorted mini muffins were a nice touch. No strict dress code makes it non-stressed and just a simple place to get a great meal. All in with alcoholic drinks, apps, entrees and an excellent tip, we were at $220 for four adults. A very satisfying Friday night!
