   excellent dinner..great service.. prime rib was delicious..love that it is served tableside and the martini cart was also excellent

   The food was alright and the waiters were nice but one of the hostess seemed stuck up. Didn’t seem welcoming to us and when we asked to change our tables, she just came back moved our menus and left as if she had a problem with us being there.

   Our service and food was excellent. The noise of the piped in music was very loud though. Constant Michael Jackson playing. Our steak was superb However, I wish the server had told us the special side dish that night was $60. A bit much for potatoes even if they were sprinkled with caviar.

   Service was mediocre. Had to return my steak because it was cooked in the wrong temperature. Music playlist had no theme and the speaker was directly above our table. Overall it was not a pleasant experience for the amount we paid. Also, the managers were not doing anything and completely ignored the guests.

   宿泊していたニューヨークパレスホテルに隣接していてとても便利でした。 リブステーキコース料理は味も量も文句無し。雰囲気もサービスも良かったです。 コース料理✖️2、グラスワインとジンジャエール、チップ込みで💲260はとてもリーズナブル。

   The vibe and food are 5 star, no doubt, but the service was reprehensible. Initially Alex took our drink orders and had them to the table quickly. But Patricia, our waitress I’m going to assume but I can’t be certain because all she really did was scowl and hide. We had to ask for more water, more drinks, a dessert menu (seriously, I think Patricia wanted us gone) and everything took way too long. We were there on a Friday night at 8pm and there were only 5 filled tables. When we left, a bit after 10pm, there were only 3 tables. As I said, the food and atmosphere are awesome. But a single dose of bad service will stop me from returning. There are better steaks and martinis in Manhattan with superior service over Patricia and this place. For the price, it felt like a slap in the face. I had a party of 5, we all noted the poor service, and a table near the exit was complaining when we left. I hope they can resolve the awful service and turn this place around. But, empty on a Friday night is not promising.

    Good place! Good food, they has an amazing bar and very good wine by the glasss, choped salad excelente! And very good oysters, salmón belly, really good. Good café! The place its beatiful. Service was amazing. They were really good.
