Four key pieces separate us from a traditional steakhouse.

1) We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put into produce our beef. We like our beef to be, hormone & antibiotic free and pasture raised. Happy cattle make for better steaks.

2) We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.

3) We use an 1800o Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. Our grill stays at very consistent high heat versus a traditional open flame grill. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.

4) Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palate for a steakhouse. We broke the mold and decided to add hand selected music that reflects us!

    Had a really enjoyable meal the steak was cooked perfectly we had the date night deal and upgraded or steaks after the recommendation of our server. She was very knowledgeable and attentive in our service. Excellent date night overall

    Our server was absolutely outstanding. He was thoughtful with his explanation of the different wines available as well as the steaks offered. He was pleasant and made the experience worth while for my date night with my husband

    Wagyu new years menu was phenomenal and loved the wine pairing. Excellent vibes in the room and loved the music they were playing. Would do it over again in a second.

    Enjoyed a beautiful New Years Eve dinner at Stephen’s Avenue, I had a great Hokkaido Scallops dish which I really loved. For an appetizer we had a very delicious Seafood Roll filled with lobster and shrimp, literally finger licking great! My husband thoroughly enjoyed the 14 oz Modern Benchmark - Prime Ribeye. We finished off with a chocolate dessert, and Italian Flourless Chocolate Torte, so good with a great coffee. All in all a great way to finish off 2024. Can’t wait to go back!!

    We went to dinner for New Year’s Eve, had not been before and the waitress made our experience extremely pleasant and inviting and the food was great as well.
