The Modern Oysterbar Chophouse is as it's always been (we go about once a year). The food is very good; the ambience is very good; the bar is very good; but it's just over-priced. At that price point, we can just go to Dominick's or City Hall, not to mention Elements, Lon's, Fat Ox, etc.

Outstanding food, service, ambiance. Kat and team and our server Alyssa are the best! I apologize but I forgot the name of the hispanic lady who assisted Alyssa is also outstanding as well as other wait staff that took care of our table.

Fantastic experience from the minute we walked in! Excellent martinis from the bar. appetizers included (we devoured and loved)the raw oysters and the oyster medley platter. Our party had the classic mussels-satisfying, fish and chips-amazing, a burger-simply scrumptious, and a tuna entree-incredible. Everything was served in an elegant fashion and tasted beyond our wildest expectations. The service was fun but respectful and our server was prompt without being annoying. Highly recommend and will be back.
