Service was not attentive, caring or engaging. I am assuming it was because it was a party of 7 and her gratuity was already included. Very disappointed as I’ve been here before and the service had been amazing.

I will say in all earnestness that the gratuity is not at the front of mind for our staff as we're a tip pooling restaurant. They certainly strive to do their best but sometimes miss the mark.
