Minami Toronto invites you to a Japanese floral arranging masterclass and lunch with renowned Ikebana artist Aya Sugino, blending floral artistry with an exquisite dining experience. Your ticket includes a guided Ikebana session with all materials provided (instruction, vase, flowers, and floral decor), followed by Minami’s Signature Lunch Gozen Set. Enjoy a chef’s selection of Aburi-style sushi alongside your choice of Chicken Nanban, Beef Sukiyaki, Aburi Chicken, or Miso Salmon, complemented by miso soup, broccolini goma-ae, salmon tatsuta-age, agedashi tofu, and three seasonal kobachi side dishes. The meal concludes with a delightful coconut panna cotta, paired with a feature cocktail showcasing the award-winning Canadian dry gin from Valley of Mother of God. Gratamente Impresionada. Un sabor especial, que estoy segura, deleita a todo paladar. Desde el 1er plato hasta el final con el postre elegido fue perfecto. Las ostras muy frescas, el sushi delicioso, el wagyu espectacular! Simplemente muy bueno.

We ordered lots of stuff, during ordering the server didn’t write down the dishes we ordered, and insisted that he can remember all. Apparently he missed many dishes. And we were waiting there for 1 hour with no more food coming. The service is slow and not friendly, also no patience. Won’t recommend!

Over all a really nice experience with great food and service but the music was way too loud and gave us a feeling like being in the club and not at a nice restaurant
