   Great staff and a menu with plenty of selection make for an enjoyable evening out. Good selection of plant based entrees, for those so inclined, as well as several very good non-alcoholic drink options for the designated driver in your group. Entree pricing is slightly upmarket from other similar venues (Brown's, State & Main, Beertown...) but the menu is rather unique and so perhaps that is to be expected. All in all, reasonable value and a great night out!

   We used to dine at Milestones usually every month or so. We had our family New Year eve dinner there recently, the food and evening was most enjoyable, our previous visit a month earlier not so, our meals were served cold and returned. Our recent experience much the same my burger and fries served lukewarm and the fries had seen better days and the burger patty dense and chewy unlike other times. So our experiences seem to be hit and miss ,maybe depends whos running he kitchen at the time and how busy it is but there's no excuse for serving cold food, period. Service staff have always been pleasant do deal with so no issues there. Price points are a bit high for the hit and miss quality.

   Hannah was wonderful. She was very helpful with any questions we had and very accommodating. Service was excellent. The food was delicious and as expected. We would certainly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

   We had a fantastic dining experience at Milestone in Waterloo. Despite visiting on a busy Saturday evening at 8 PM, the service was impressively quick. The food arrived promptly and tasted amazing. Our server was exceptionally friendly and attentive, frequently checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Although my peppercorn gravy was initially cold, she swiftly apologized and had it reheated within a minute — truly great customer care. Overall, Milestone offers delicious food and top-notch service. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

   Server was very good. Food was not good with 3 out of 4 meals very poor with diners no wanting to eat all of their meals.

   Had the Holiday Seafood and steak, it was pretty good. Restaurant was busy so our waitress had lots of tables to attend to so we didn't see her alot. We stayed for a long time chatting after our meal and the staff were great and didn't rush us
