   The breakfast Shakshuka was incredible and the chicken and waffles were very good as well. New favourite brunch spot.

   We attended this location a week earlier and with that experience I would have given five stars plus However with this experience I will only give one and that is being generous. Our server was aloof and rude she was not very busy with others but since we were not drinking she could not care. My wife ordered a virgin drink she had the previous week and it did not taste at all like the previous one. When she mentioned this, the server was confrontational. The serve left and came back and told my wife she was incorrect and that it was the same but soda water had been used this time The server did not ask how the meal was or even bothered to see if we wanted anything else It was obvious she did not want to b working on New Year’s Eve. If this had been our first experience at this location ( which it is far from being that ) we would never return I only hope what ever issues she has , may they resolve in a positive manner. When we decide to return I pray that we never have this server again What could have been a been an enjoyable experience as we had a friend who as dinning there for their first time, was certainly a disappointment

   Food is always fabulous, servers are very welcoming and keep track of their own table compared to other places that have many different staff attend table. Noise level great

   The tables, windows, doors and bathrooms were all dusty and dirty. The upholstery on some chairs were worn and deteriorating. The restaurant appears to be run down and is clearly being poorly maintained.

   Had the Happy Hour Wagyu beef meatloaf, sirloin frites and Korean bbq cauliflower as the appy. The first two were extremely salty and I had to order hot water so that I can dip the food in to water it down before I can eat it. I let the server know and she thanked me for the feedback. I know the restaurant is not making much money out of HH items but at least they should be half decent. Not impressed.

   I have to say it’s been a while since I’ve been to this milestones Grill and bar in South Surrey , but it will be an even longer before I go back. It was just underwhelming. The food was just OK. The service was just OK. The cocktail was just OK. The dessert was just OK. I really do think that some of the tables need an upgrade. It appears the varnish or whatever type of coating is starting to come off and makes the table look dirty. There are gouges and marks everywhere. Won’t be back!

   Our server was great but our eggs were not poached medium(runny & under poached) My potatoes were cool but coffee was great! Our company at the table made up for what the food lacked!

    Unfortunately the restaurant ran out of sirloin steaks on Christmas Eve and they were not agreeing to lower the price on the other higher end steaks. It was not ideal. Then when we choose another dish instead they got the order wrong. Not our usual great experience at Milestones.
