   The staff were helpful, accommodating & lovely. Food portions were great. But roast had a tiny gravy portion and it was cold otherwise it was great. Biggest disappointment was the interior decor - quite disappointing considering it’s Mildreds… there was nothing festive other than some school room type paper things, very abysmal really. From outside it looked lovely which makes it a bigger disappointment going inside & sitting for dinner.

   Absolutely superb! The table was decorated with crackers and we had a free glass of fizz as we had booked early. The food was excellent! Very well presented, lots of fresh, good quality ingredients, really tasty and we certainly didn't go hungry! The service was excellent, very friendly and no sense of being rushed. Highly recommended and we will return again.

   Great food, decent value and friendly service at Mildreds Victoria. Very noisy but this gave the place quite a vibe. Will be returning.

   Went for a birthday lunch having eaten a few times at the 'sister' Mallow restaurants in Canary Wharf and Borough Market. Overall Mildreds was OK but not nearly as good as Mallow. Positives: the staff were good and the sweets were delicious. They also bought out some petit fours and sang happy birthday to the birthday girl, which was a nice touch. Negatives: the main courses arrived very quickly after ordering and clearly hadn't been cooked fresh. They were warm but not hot and were 'stodgy' - not worthy of sending back but not the delicious standard we'd experienced at Mallow. Additionally, the bathrooms were not that clean. So am mixed bag, not bad nut not great either. Shame.
