   The restaurant drastically over-sold the availability the evening my group was there. They were telling everyone to go wait in the overcrowded bar where there was nowhere to stand and servers and guests had to push past each other in the narrow openings. Waiting 20 minutes past our reservation to sit is frustrating and doesn't start the experience off well. Unfortunately, service didn't improve from there. It took several requests and much waiting for basics like a glass of water and utensils. The staff were inattentive, preoccupied, or both. On a positive note, the food was very good and the wine list is extensive, if overpriced.

   Mila is hands down the best meal in Miami! Amazing options we wanted to try it all! Service is impeccable and the atmosphere is beautiful and upbeat!

   It has potential! The food was absolutely flavorful and delicious HOWEVER it was cold! That really takes away from the experience so I couldn’t enjoy it how I wanted to. For how much I’m paying for a brunch, I expect my food to at least be warm. Have some burners or something

   I really love this restaurant and visit it often, but unfortunately, just yesterday, I encountered a very unpleasant situation that reflects the level of customer service. I was left with very mixed feelings about the restaurant, especially considering that it is a high-end establishment where you pay over $400 for dinner. What happened? I won’t go into too much detail, but in short: after closing our check, we went outside for a short walk to enjoy the atmosphere. After we returned to pick up our car and also wanted to use the restroom before heading home, as we had a long drive ahead. However, we were denied access to the restroom. We explained that we had just dined there, had a reservation, and had only stepped out briefly. Now, we were simply waiting for our car and needed to use the restroom before leaving. Despite this, we received an absolutely unclear response. The guy in the photo didn’t properly addressed our request—they simply ignored us. When we asked again, we were told that, unfortunately, the restaurant was full and we would not be allowed in. This response made absolutely no sense and was completely baffling. I honestly don’t understand the attitude toward your customers.
