Slow service Salmon and scrambled eggs was very basic For a French patisserie there were only a very limited choice of sweets available therefore we left after breakfast and went to another patisserie close by for a coffee and tart. I was disappointed.

On this occasion service was poor. Have been for drinks or brunch a couple of times and it was lovely. On this occasion id booked an afternoon tea for a birthday. Service was not great, from coming in the door we were not expected (due to the booking system not working on their part) which was a disappointment. Id expect a reserved table for a booking, and due to it being a birthday maybe just an added special touch. The price for the afternoon tea was not worth it at all. And we had to ask for refills on tea and coffee instead of staff offering it. Wouldnt recommend the afternoon teas at all. (Staff informed us it wasnt their usual place of work which is fair enough) but overall disappointed when bringing people with me.

Attended as a Hen Party - Lovely staff although perhaps not the most attentive. Afternoon tea was lovely. Some brunch items were not available. Very pleased to be able to mix and match bottomless brunch with afternoon tea this was great with a group. Really beautiful decor - great for hen party pictures. Would recommend.

We went for the Bottomless Brunch. The food was just mediocre - all of our toasted sourdough had black burnt edges and the portion of smoked salmon literally covered half the slice of bread. The atmosphere however was lovely and the staff were outstanding. The food wouldn't put me off.
