   I come here often because I really have a wonderful experience each time. Excellent food, large portions that are perfectly plated, clean bathrooms and the entire staff is very hospitable. Katie is an incredible server!

   We can always count on a great experience at Michael's. Tonight our server was Darron and he was fantastic! I really appreciate such wonderful customer service in an era where it can be difficult to find. Thanks Darron!

   I went on Prime Rib Night. What I got was a rib eye steak. It was cooked a perfect medium rare, but it was still a rib eye steak and not a nice Prime Rib. I sent an email to inquire if it was what they consider Prime Rib, but have not received a response.

   I went to Michael's Cafe to celebrate a co-worker's promotion on 11/6/2024. I ordered the crab cake platter (with succotash and coleslaw) There was very little food on my plate. The crab cake was the size of a standard post it pad. I thought the crab cake was an appetizer (it was not the size you would serve for a meal). We all had appetizers too. I left the restaurant hungry and had to eat when I arrived home at 8:30 p.m. The scenery and atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely. I just wished I had been served a meal worth enjoying.

   We know our crab cake is not the biggest around and we have it stated clearly as 5.5oz on our menu. We like to think the quality of our crab cake allows it to stand with the best of them. It is possible that what you received was not up to our standards and we would like nothing more than to have gotten to the bottom of this while you were dining with us.

   The cereal French toast was not very good. Waitress was very nice though.

   It was extremely noisy. Noisy to the level of greatly uncomfortable. Party sitting behind us very screaming above 100 decibels. Food was great and even greater service by the server who was assigned our table.

   Every time I go there, it is an experience, the food was good although the server made a small hiccup, the music was good. Room Temperature was right, food was delectable. This is a regular place for me.

    Server was great, friendly and efficient. Food came quickly. Overall the food is good but overpriced. The crab dip is good but small, and when asked if we would like extra bread with it we were not informed it was an additional charge. It’s not a big charge but you should tell customers that when offered. The stuffed shrimp was a little salty. Brisket sandwich was very good. Waitress did not know the exact prices of the specials? That should be a given. When asked about the Sea Bass special she said maybe $65/70? Again, expensive. We have eaten there twice in last 4 months and while it’s nice and food is good, there are better places with better food for significantly less. Probably won’t return.

    We certainly agree that our servers should know the exact price of the specials when asked especially when it is an expensive seafood entree. We appreciate your business and hope for the chance to serve you again. We stand by the prices on our menu because they reflect the value of the goods we bring into our kitchen. Our menu offers items at a variety of prices, and our happy hour & brunch menus have options all their own as well. Thank you for giving our service a 5/5.
