   We had a phenomenal dining experience at Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse. The service was amazing, the food was excellent. The staff did great job of making my wife’s birthday dinner special.

   Great location, service & ambience. The food was pretty bad, especially for the prices they charge. I ordered the scallop dish as my main for $49, 4 small rubbery scallops that smelled super fishy. 2 kids meals were fine but both adult meals we overpriced and almost inedible.

   It looks like it was only one waiter, she was very slow is getting to our table. She took her time bringing us anything for our table. I think the waiter was overwhelmed. Also, it was very loud in the restaurant. I always go there once a year or more and from this experience I will not be going back there.

   The primary issue was that the burger was ordered medium well and came out rare-med rare. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection, but lacked a distinct wow factor and flavor one would expect out of a high-end steakhouse. The staff was very attentive and timely. Overall, this seems a bit like a tourist trap and not worthy of the high-end label it gives itself.

   Food was delicious. Meatballs were amazing. We ate at the bar area. Service was slow. It Took us over 2.5 hours to get out of there for lunch for 6 people. The 23 layer cake took almost 40 Mins to come out. The worst part was that my MIL’s purse was stolen off the purse hook in the bar after she left it unattended for a few minutes. Not the restaurants fault but when we looked up reviews on trip advisor apparently stealing purses from the bar area at this restaurant is a known problem. They should tighten up security for what you pay in a meal there!

   Very expensive restaurant in downtown Chicago. Cool experience. Not sure it's worth the price, but still a neat place to visit once. The food was good, but the steak was a little uneven - chewy in some parts. Overall it was a good time.

   There were three of us, and we had the steak flight with the Mac and Cheese. Highly recommend! Our server was friendly and took good care of us.
