We've gone to the place at the wharf and for a birthday, decided to check out the 14th street location. The person who seated us was kind of blah, not friendly at all. But, we thought who cares. Good food. But then our waiter, Carlos was great (every time he back to us he would ask everything by saying "Was you food great?" ) Found that really funny. Very happy with him. Not that they ever have to, but they brought an incredible piece of birthday cake with chocolate moose. Pleased. One note - it would be nice if that had wine! and more frozen margaritas than just one specialty.

I had the worst experience at the 14th st location, on my Brday, sadly. We paid for bottomless brunch and we had -maybe- 3 drinks max because our server did not check on us. She was unfriendly, the person who sat us was unfriendly, it was bad all around. We’ve been to the Wharf location many times and it’s always been good, so it could be that the 14th location lacks customer service. I’m sad to say but this will be my last time at Mi Vida. Very disappointed.

The food was good. My mole enchiladas were 7/10 and carnitas tacos were 10/10. I definitely recommend queso fundido

Wonderful afternoon meal on the patio before an early show at the 9:30 Club. Food was fresh, nicely seasoned and presented beautifully. We were celebrating a birthday and a beautiful slice of cake was served for the guest of honor. Waiter and staff were professional and attentive. Will definitely go back when we get the chance.
