This is an awesome experience and a great opportunity to learn about the various types of Mezcals and Mole sauces. Be ready to drink though as they serve you 7 different mezcal, each artistanlly crafted with very unique flavor profiles. These are expertly paired with little tasters of different mole sauces. The place can be tricky to find since there is no sign outside. Follow Google maps to the address and ring the doorbell.

We had a wonderful time drinking, eating, and learning about Mezcal y Mole. Mariana was a total expert, she taught us some very interesting facts about how mezcal is produced, and how many ingredients actually going into making a mole. Who knew how well mezcal and mole go. We had a wonderful time exchanging stories Mariana. I will definitely be stopping by and bringing friend anytime I’m in CDMX.

This was a really fun experience where you’re tasting 7 different paired Mezcals & Moles with the instruction of a sommelier. Our sommelier Daniel was so great walking us through this journey. I highly recommend this experience, and think this would be great for large groups too.
