Message in a Bottle and the restaurants at The Village Dunwoody are the vision of hospitality veteran and owner of Dash Hospitality Group, David Abes. Chef Camron Woods, Culinary Director for The Village, and along with Phil Handley, have created a thoughtful approach to the food & beverage selections. The bar menu features a mix of vibrant cocktails, beach beers, and complimentary wines. Start your dining experience with a Seafood Tower, Oysters Rockefeller or the Ceviche de la Día. The menu features a selection of the daily Fresh Catch, Crispy Seafood Platter, and Chef's famous Maine Lobster Pot Pie. The dining room has a fun beach vibe with nautical decor and other seating options include the Raw Bar, Screened Porch, or Private Dining Room.

Message in a bottle is great. The service is fantastic, our waitress ( Sarah) is the best and the food is wonderful. The mussels are the best I have had and the crab cakes are “to die for”. This restaurant is a casual, neighborhood type eatery with exceptional good food and friendly environment. Our latest “ go to” place to eat. Do yourself a favor and try Message In A Bottle… you will not be disappointed. Oh,,and by the way,you’re welcome.

Our server Trin was just fabulous. Owner David stopped by just about every table and knew most of the customers dining that night. Delicious food, excellent service and wonderful ambiance which makes for a very memorable dinner.

We want to enjoy this convenient spot but the noise level is high and the food isn’t consistent. There was lipstick on the cocktail glass when it arrived and the fried fish was very salty. The fries were lacking salt and the special, which was strongly suggested, was bland. The service was fine but generally indifferent. We will try again and maybe sit at the bar.

We went on a Friday night. Food is okay, but nothing to go out of the way for. Value for money is not there.

MIAB it is a great local dining experience. Ownership is there and paying attention. The food is great. My only negative communist restaurant is a little loud. They have concrete floors and no sound baffling. Other than that it’s a terrific experience and they are always full.

Another fantastic experience at message in a bottle. David and his staff are always so friendly and helpful. The crabcakes were amazing & our party of 4 turned into a festive gathering both inside & out.

Great food and great time! Service was outstanding. Wonderful seafood …lots of menu selections. Fun vibe, but really is a sophisticated restaurant. One of Dunwoody’s best.
