   Wow. This place needs some help which is sad as it comes highly touted from Texas and is new . I understand we had a large group of 11. But three hours for dinner is ridiculous. Seemed to be tons of staff but yet terrible service. Drinks and salsa are delish. But we could hardly get drinks. Waiting 20-40 minutes each round of drinks. Which was only two rounds. Enchiladas and shrimp taco were very tasty. But the slaw and rice needed flavor and salt. The tables towards back of restaurant look like they belong in a corporate cafeteria. Bar is gorgeous but aesthetically the whole thing is a miss. Booths by kitchen are really nice however . Would go back for drinks and chips at the bar. But they need tremendous help with flaws. Also leaking water on the floor at the bar the entire night- a staff member is going to get injured at any moment. We watched with bated breath all night as staff had to walk thru this large puddle.

   We had a super fun dinner for six the food was delicious and the service attentive Better drinks at the bar than the tabl… just saying Fun vibe, very busy place

   We are locals and have been craving a great Mexican restaurant on 12S. Ave. within walking distance from our home. This was our second time dining at Mesero, and we were very pleased with the food and the and waiter was excellent. Even though the place was packed, he still found time to come by often and check on us.

   Loved Mesero! Creative menu, lots of variety, sauce on enchiladas was amazing. Oaxaqueña enchiladas a new favorite.

   We had lunch at Mesero and had a great experience- the food and staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience for dinner with friends. The restaurant was extremely loud, the food arrived cold and the server while nice was not attentive. The restaurant was too busy and not enough staff.

   Love the food, although it took an hour to get it. We are talking this up to it being a new restaurant and working the kinks out, so we’ll probably wait a few months and then make it a regular. Food was so good!

    Food and service were both exceptional. Food came out hot and fast. A big menu with a variety of options, was very hard to choose a dish! We will definitely be back!
