Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email reservations@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

    Amazing dining experience starting with drinks on the deck watching the sun set and soaking in the evening. Dinner was amazing after the sun had set with wonderful meals and ambience. The service was very attentive and delivered with genuine care.

    Our waiter Mike was exceptional. We asked him for a couple of extras and he remembered and delivered. He was pleasant efficient and we had a terrific time. We will be back.

    We have now made a point of making reservations as far in advance as possible every time we come to Maui. We were again not disappointed. It was a beautiful evening with spectacular, ocean view table, truly amazing food, and again outstanding service from waiter Gary that was efficient, helpful, considerate but not rushed

    Worth every cent! The food was delicious and the presentation picture worthy. View of the ocean and other islands out of this world. Our server Mike aka Tex, and his colleagues made our experience top notch. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Even if you have to take a very early or very late reservation, do it!

    Merriman’s offers an exceptional dining experience with spectacular ocean views in a breezy, relaxed but upscale atmosphere. The Caesar salad was far from ordinary with white anchovies and fried green tomatoes for croutons - delicious! The Hawaiian ahi poke and the mahi-mahi special, covered with macadamia nuts and the vegetables - all were so fresh and amazing! Highly recommend!
