Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email reservations@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

Join us for Valentine's Day dinner at Merriman's Maui! We are offering a 3 course prix fixe menu at $150 per person. All of our tables offer stunning ocean views. Tables will be seated from front to back, so we recommend booking our 4pm seating if your table location is very important to you. Location requests cannot be guaranteed. We will hold a table for you for 15 minutes past the reservation time. We ask that you limit your experience with us to 2 hours as a courtesy to the people waiting to be seated. If your plans should change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will incur a $150 no show fee.

Our server Leah was amazing. It was our daughter’s 16th birthday and they were so sweet and attentive to that from the start. Leah made fantastic recommendations for both food and drink. We loved the whole experience and will definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

Everything about Merriman's is 10/10! The fish, the steak, the salads, the bread...all were delicious. We loved our server too. We will be back!

Everything was amazing. Roberto was fantastic and gave us impeccable service! Food was fantastic and the location/view was so beautiful! A perfect night out- highly recommend!!

Fabulous as always. The food was delicious. Large dinner salads were shareable so we could save room for dessert which is not to be missed! Service was impeccable—both our table server, beverage refill Wed, table clearers, and a manager check-in. We came after sunset, so didn’t get the view this time which is spectacular. The outdoor lanai area was quieter than the main room and delightful.

Outstanding experience - no better place to celebrate my wife's birthday. Seafood is fabulous and preparation and presentation are flawless. Oh, and the view is great. Worth every penny. Have eaten at several of the Merriman restaurants on 4 islands over the last several years and they are always a highlight of the trip - worth the trip from the mainland!

I will never come to Maui and not go to Merrimans when I visit the island now. It was too 5 best dining experiences we’ve had. Food was amazing, service was great and the view is breathtaking! Highly recommend
