   We sat for over 30 minutes without anyone attending to us and the inside was full and it was chilly outside and no available heater for my friend to warm up, when they finally to our drink order we waited another 20 minutes without anyone attending no drink, we had to leave because my friend had a flight to catch! It was the first time for me and of course my friend coming from out of town, so we never get to experience the food to any comment ….. very disappointing experience

   Started a bit slow, but more than made up for it with service. The food was good and everyone we interacted with was amazing.

   The food is great! The ambiance could be helped some as we were sitting right next to another couple and felt like we were participating more in their conversation than being able to have our own. The view outside the window of the parking garage less than favorable.

    The food was superb and the atmosphere and staff were great. We were there for a business dinner while in town for a convention and would highly recommend Mercat Bistro! Thank you for the delightful meal and evening!
