   Diana H. was absolutely wonderful! Her explanation of the menu and the way she carried herself truly made it an enjoyable experience! The portion of steak was nothing like how presented on social media and the restaurant images so that was a little of a let down. However everything tasted wonderfully! Only thing I was thrown off by was because this is an out of state owned entity.. they charge a Houston city tax AND a Texas state tax.. I felt that was a little overkill. But nonetheless it was a wonderful time. We will be back!

   Had a fantastic brunch today at Medium Rare, a new spot downtown! They offer an all-inclusive brunch deal for just $34.99, which includes bottomless mimosas, your choice of appetizer, and an entrée. For the price, it’s a great value! I went with the Steak & Eggs, cooked just how I like it (though they did mess up my first order and made it well done, but no big deal). The dish came with perfectly cooked steak, eggs, and crispy fries. Other options on the menu included French toast with sausage and a classic steak frites with fries. The menu is a bit limited, but everything I tried was absolutely delicious. And the Hot Fudge Sundae? Hands down, the best I’ve ever had! Topped with crispy little balls and the most decadent hot fudge—it was a dream. 😍 Overall, this place is a winner and a great spot for brunch in downtown Houston. I’ll definitely be back to try their dinner menu, as they’re also an all-inclusive meal place. Highly recommend you give it a try! 🥩🍳🍫

   Great concept and service and food were delicious! We even had the chocolate cake for dessert - outstanding. My only negative would be is the music is too loud. It's hard to hear the conversation at your table and the waiter.

   Good ambience. Great service. Fixed menu with pretty good steak and fries. Prices reasonable. Only problem is the parking sometimes.

   Came here with a group of friends, easy to make a reservation in the app and we made an adjustment day of to add on and they quickly responded they could adjust. Steal was cooked a beautiful med rare, as requested, however the temperature was cool vs warm/hot. Fries were much hotter the second go round, and the secret sauce brought the dish together amazingly. That sauce is where it's at! The service was ok, we couldn't seem to find her when we needed to order more drinks. When she did come, she'd take only one persons order and run off. Outside of that, order dessert first! The chocolate cake was delicious!

   Food lacks seasoning. Service was truly subpar. She came to the table next to me and while pouring the mimosas the glass bubbled over and she just let it hit the floor literally held the glass and had it splash and hit peoples shoes didn’t even try to grab a napkin. After the fact she left the puddle and didn’t even attempt to clean it up. ridiculous
