   High tables vs chairs We were eating with our elbow level to our head. It was about 6 inches too high. Food was wayyyy to salty. Light biting into blocks of salt. Honestly need to up the game in the kitchen. Equivalent to ikea food. Terrible Stop trying to mask and bandaid everything. Front lights flickering Waayyyy too many employees vs patrons. And still couldn't get top notch service

   My husband and I came to celebrate my birthday and Valentine's day ! We couldn't have had a better way to celebrate both special occasions . The food was delicious , the portions were perfect , pace was right, the ambiance was perfect !!!! Thank you so much ! This will be our new date night spot !

   The acoustics in this restaurant are on point. Music playing and people seated throughout, you don’t need to yell at one another to have a conversation. Very nice atmosphere for dinner. Service was great (we had Shannon) she was on point as well as the other service staff. First time eating here and will be back. Also nice that Landsdowne has a tonne of parking.

   From the moment I stepped into Med Supper Club, I knew it was special. Nestled in the heart of Ottawa, it exudes warmth, sophistication, and a perfect balance of intimacy and energy. The service was exceptional—attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Our server’s recommendations were spot-on, enhancing an already fantastic dining experience. Then came the food—an absolute masterpiece. Every dish was crafted with precision, bursting with flavour, and the dessert? Simply divine.    I made a reservation at the Med to celebrate my friend’s engagement. We had such a wonderful time and the food was delicious. Shannon was very accommodating and brought out a congratulatory dessert for the bride to be! I would go back to this restaurant!

   We went there on Sunday, 26th Jan 2025 4 people. The restaurant was pretty empty as we thought because it was Sunday. We ordered beef tartar, 2 sea bass to share and broccoli and lettuce salad on the sides. Beef tartar was not a very good one as the mustard was too dominating and the sauce was not recognizable. One of the fishes was ok however the other one was not cleaned enough as the some part of bloody internal organs of the fish was still on it and the head and throat part was bloody and not cleaned at all! . We sent it back and requested rib eye instead. In the meantime we ate the salad which was very tasteless that has lost no salad sauce on it. The meat took 30 min to arrive! Our friends had already finished their food. The meat was tasteless as well. The manager arrived, apologized. He was nice and concerned which made us happy. Even he sent complimentary desserts but unfortunately they were not good as well. I was hungry when I left. The waitress was kind and nice. The atmosphere was good. Well furnished and decorated. However it is definitely not an upscale restaurant in terms of the food. Plus the ladies room had an odd and unpleasant smell. The money value is not more than 2 star out of 5.

   A Heavenly Anniversary Dinner to Remember. I took my wife to this restaurant for our 25th wedding anniversary, and it was nothing short of magical. The ambiance was beautiful—elegant yet cozy, with a comforting and pleasing environment that made our evening feel truly special. The staff were incredibly pleasant, attending to every detail with warmth and professionalism. As for the food—absolutely heavenly! My wife and I chose different appetizers and main courses, and we couldn’t help but share bites because everything was so exquisite. Extreme compliments to the chef for the masterful preparations and the delightful surprise seasoning in some of the dishes that I won’t spoil here—you simply need to experience it for yourself. For us, this was a flawless 5-star experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and many more to come. Highly recommended!

    Lovely establishment but service was problematic. It took a very long time to get seated and after being served drinks and appetizers, we were never asked to order our main course, when we eventually called the server over to ask to order our main we were informed the kitchen had closed 10 minutes earlier with no apology or other explanation.
