   This was our first experience here and we were looking for an elevated meal. Service was ok. One server for the area and waiting for minor things like water is not something we thought we’d experience here. Food lacked flavor. The best flavor was the truffle Mac & cheese and the white chocolate mousse for dessert. Steaks were lower quality than what you would expect. Cooked a bit over done, but not amazing. Fish was good but not amazing. We had high expectations that we did not get here. With so many other restaurants to try I can’t say we would be back. Meal was high $200 and just missed the mark.

   Our waiter Henry was great. Food was OK. The atmosphere is in desperate need of an update. This was quite the place nine years ago. Indent think anything has been updated. We like the food but there are other options in the area.

   My wife and I had a wonderful date, and the ambiance as we walked in was simply enchanting. The hosts at the stand were exceptional, displaying professionalism, warmth, and a genuine human touch. They connected with us and seated us at a lovely table. The host informed us that our server would be with us shortly. Shortly after being seated in our booth, Dino, our server, approached us. He was outstanding, and I highly recommend requesting him by name. His extensive knowledge of the drink menu, which included both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options (my wife enjoyed a White Cranberry & Strawberry Sparkler, while I opted for the M&S Signature Arnold Palmer Classic), was truly impressive. We took our time to explore the menu and ordered drinks (non-alcoholic) along with an appetizer. Both the drinks he recommended and the appetizer were absolutely delightful. For dinner, we chose the Chef’s Choice: crab and shrimp stuffed salmon, which was out of this world. For dessert, we shared the Upside-Down Candied Walnut Apple Pie, which was nothing short of divine. While the food was exceptional, having Dino as our server was the highlight of our experience.

   The restaurant was not crowded but took us awhile to get seated. Then we were seated at a nice table. Service was friendly and very slow. We were seated at 6:30pm and did not leave the restaurant until 9pm. Our crab cake was delicious. My apple pie dessert was delightful and plentiful m- enough to share but my husband had his own dessert. The restaurant was out of the entrees we had wanted. Overall ambience was cheerful and level of noise easy

   Thank you once again for an amazing experience! Food was great and Karen our server did a fantastic job taking care of our requests. Your GM Liza is always a pleasure to see and makes sure the guests are happy. We love coming here vor our specials occasions or just because. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you again.

   This was the worst and most bizarre restaurant that I have ever been to, and I’m sixty-nine years old. Everything was horrible, and we ended up walking out when my wife asked the waiter, after waiting fifty minutes, what was taking so long for her salad and this is a direct quote: “this isn’t McDonald's” the waiter responded. ​ We didn't even want to waste our time complaining to management, we just wanted to leave and have dinner somewhere else. Also, on the OpenTable app it said that the restaurant responded to my review Monday morning 3/10/25 and I didn’t receive a response.

   We tried the Rosemont restaurant week menu. The food was great. The service was not. Scott was combative and inattentive. The table next to us got up & left after they asked where there salad was & he told them “this isn’t McDonalds.” We ordered coffee with dessert. It came after we were finished with dessert. We sat & enjoyed a cup, but were not offered a refill even when the bill was dropped off. I went to the restroom & a server who was delivering food to a table was not happy that I needed to get by her. It seems they were understaffed which I know is a tough situation many restaurants are dealing with. I think most of us are willing to be patient and wait a little longer, but servers need to remember it’s still important to be kind even though they may be struggling to keep up. Also, despite an early 5:15 Saturday reservation, they were already out of one of the entree choices- the white fish. We will go back because our prior visit was one with a pleasant server and the food is a good value.
