    I took my mom there for her birthday last night.. we did have a big party but I think our waitress had too many tables or something. We got there at 7. It took 30 minutes or more before we got our first drink then another 15-20 minutes for her to come take our order. Our food didn’t come out until 9. When it finally came the fries were cold and nasty, the steak was over cooked, the pork chop was tough. So when the manager came over he was like I have the food reworking. So I just let him know like we’ve been here since 7 we waited forever for this food and now their food isn’t even right. And he was like yeah sorry. Walked away he brought the steak back never waited to see if it was better never came back to check nothing. She didn’t bring the checks until like 10. He did take off the Steak but that was it. They still added in the gratuity even though the service was subpar. I’ve been to so many other McCormick and Schmick locations and I’ve never had service this bad. I’m extremely disappointed.

    The service was terrible. HAD TO ASK FOR BREAD TO BE BROUGHT TO OUR TABLE. SERVICE WAS SLOW AT BEST.

    Overall, I enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. I feel it was a tad dark. I think the price was a little steep for the options. My mixed green salad had way too dressing. I wasn't able to finish it. It was supposed to have walnuts, but maybe I saw 2 small pieces. My smashed potatoes were more like the tiny potatoes boiled and not crispy. The service was okay. The waitress wasn't engaged and came across as just wanting to get our order in. She did no recommendations, either. None on drinks nor meals. I would still revisit the restaurant.

    We came to your restaurant during restaurant week. I always like to try a place to see if I would come back. I ordered the shrimp and lobster. The shrimp were small and looked like they came out of a frozen shrimp tray. Our meals should have been served warmer. Our server was very nice and polite.

    Nice experience for my daughter on her first birthday. It was very crowded, assuming due to restaurant week, everything was nice and acceptable except we were very cramped in our small booth with a 1 year old who’s high chair was in the way of guests and employees. We were seated in the first booth upon entry. Other than that everything went well.

    Drinks took forever to come out. We got a cosmo that just tasted like like juice. Our starters and entrees all came out at once. The food was bland. Our waitress was nice but did not catch any of these mistakes.

    Great food. They were so busy with Restaurant Week that service was a bit slow. Biggest complaint is that the tables are so close together and so dense that it makes for a very noisy dining experience.
