   This location was terrible, no host and waited over an hour for food. Had to chase down the waiter just to pay my bill.. food was not worth the price at this location

   Extremely disappointed. Had a reservation at 7:30, although i understand it was NYE…. Waited 30 minutes for our table. Luckily, after being greeted by a scow from the first bartender encounter, told to go to the end of the bar for that! We purchased a bottle of Veuve and Lindsey was very kind and helpful and set us up to wait in the bar area for our table. Got to the table, waited for almost 40 minutes for a sever to come by and ask if anyone had been by. Luckily we were still sipping on our bottle. Never offered any water or bread. Excuse after excuse. Waited another 30 for our Clam chowder was Luke warm-told it took so long to make cause they were out. Waited another 20 for our steak and lobster…. Oh boy. I ordered the Australian lobster and my husband ordered the rib eye medium rare Pittsburgh. I got a Goodyear tire with some sauce and two shrimp on top, told sorry this is how the chef made it and he said it will be fine????? I’m paying, and i can’t have what i ordered? My husband’s steak was the sorriest excuse… Come on management!!!! Will NOT be back! I’ll be sure to make reservations in advance at Eddie V’s next year. The bread was an hour and half in to seating…. They were out and needed to make more…. But, hey it was hot….

   We had a party of 6. Our new years eve table was ready on time. - The servers were very nice and polite, but it seemed that they were understaffed and we were not served in a timely fashion, although the servers were working as fast as they could. - The food was fair to good. The steaks were OK, but ours at home are better, which should not be. They were cooked correctly but were bland, as if no seasoning. The tuna was over cooked and dry, so not so good. - The deserts were great. - Overall, however this was not my typical experience there, I would not likely come back as there are other good restaurants near by that we can count on for a great experience.

   If I ever hear another restaurant owner or manager bemoan the lack of staffing in crowded market, I’d start by contracting M&S. Our visit was so bad that the only person deserving of recognition was the gentleman refilling our water. We were sat next to a party of 20 and I could have forgiven our service if it would have improved after they left. Our second round of drinks AND our entrees both arrived 90 minutes into our meal. Our server was agasht when she brought the bill and I pointed out that we never received our soup or salad. That was followed by an indignant manager who acted as if she was doing us a favor by comping those items. She did comp our appetizer when she brought my card back but was more interested in the next fire than asking about our visit. Our visit was not without some entertainment; there is a quote from the CEO at the bottom of the receipt saying “There are no spare customers.” Thanks for the laugh Tillman. We will remember this when we consider dining at a Landrys concept again. We are fortunate to live somewhere where there are lots of options and a return visit to McCormick and Schmicks is out of the question.

   This will probably be our last time dining at this location. Not sure what’s going on but the food quality is not great. We were served a cold calamari appetizer that we sent back. They prepared a new one that was warmer. My shrimp scampi was just okay. Husband enjoyed his steak.

   Restaurant has slipped considerably over the years. Service is poor, ambiance is very poor (dance music played loudly), food is just passable. They ran out of numerous fish dishes early in the evening. The mixed greens had wilted lettuce. The flavor was definitely lacking and it looked like they just threw a few candied pecan pieces and some blue cheese on it. The restaurant wasn’t filled, yet service was slow and poor. Two people in our party had a hamburger because of the limited menu and they ran out of numerous fish dishes. The food was only lukewarm. The broccolini was tough and the waiter explained it’s always like that. One plate had broccolini that was yellowing and old. One person ordered swordfish casino and was told 20 minutes after ordering, it was sold out. No one ever returned to ask about his meal. Unfortunately this restaurant has gone the way of many Landry restaurants, bland, mediocre food at higher prices with poor service.
