   Dined early and during the marathon so the restaurant wasn't busy. Made for a very nice atmosphere. Relaxing. My server was great!

   Waitress was very inattentive once we informed her we were paying with food vouchers. I noticed her walking past us on several occasions to go to other tables and not coming to ours to check on us. Waitress also attempted to charge us full price for what we were told was a buy one get one deal on drinks. Just made me unappreciated as a customer because of my vouchers. The food (my street corn to be exact) came out very dry as if it had been sitting for quite some time before it was brought out. Not to mention how long it took our food to come on to begin with. Might I add we were the first couple in the restaurant. (Reservation for 4pm)

   Food was good. Service was subpar, One table was so loud and rowdy it ruined the atmosphere. Was also over charged on one item. Bkd porao was not "loaded" but we were charged as if it was. We paid it- would have taken too long to find our server again

   Service was poor, lots of servers most of them seemed confused. I sent my drink back because there was no vodka in it. Instead of bring a new one they took the glass and poured a bit of vodka on top. After I drank some through a straw, it was evident that the glass was dirty and there was lipstick all over the top and I don’t wear lipstick. Food took very ever and wasn’t warm. I talked to a manger about all of it and he was defensive and his customer service was nonexistent. 6 people for dinner, over $400 bill TOTAl waste. Do not eat here. .

   Atmosphere was good. Food is overpriced and not that good. BBQ Platter is not as advertised. Brisket tough. Ribs dry and definitely not fall off bone. Lacking all around for Vegas.

   Liked that we were immediately seated exactly on our reservation time. The waiter, Dean, did a great job of providing details and providing service throughout the meal. My wife’s steak was cook to her liking but was a bit dry. We were going to ask for some steak sauce but she decided to just take half of it home in a box. I order the pork chops which were a bit dry/over cooked. I was disappointed that it was only one chop and an equal amount of fatty pork belly. It had the smoked taste as advertised but it was hard to separate the fat from the meat so ended up leaving 3/4 of the meal because it was pretty fatty. Maybe my fault for not reading the menu closer-guess I have never seen pork belly served with a pork chop and can’t believe people eat it like that. I just ate the single pork chop side and still cut away a lot of fat. Anyway, that was just what happened to us but I would not let that discourage anyone from going. As we walked by some tables, people were enjoying prime rib—looked really good. The prices seemed to be a good value and the atmosphere good.

   First time being here and definitely NOT the last. My wife and I were not just amazed with this restaurant, but also with Dean’s service. If you are reading this review to help you decide wether this is the perfect place to dine in with your loved ones, I DEFINITELY recommend it! And if you have the pleasure either to have or request Dean as your waiter, you have the perfect combo!!!

   We were celebrating our engagement and the service was awful. We got sat at 745, didn't get meals until 930, our server seemed nervous, preoccupied and told us at some point he forgot to put our order in. Thankfully it was Valentines so love was in the air but 3 tables sat after us, ate and cleared before us. Not a great experience sadly.

    The service was awesome. It was our anniversary. They even gave us a happy anniversary card and took pictures of us in front of the heart shaped flowers. They went above and beyond.
