mbar is a modern restaurant and bar with stunning views of South Lake Union and the Seattle skyline. We are proud to feature a dynamic contemporary art collection, cuisine showcasing the exceptional talent of Chef Alexus Williams paired with kind and warm service.

mbar begins in the foyer of 400 Fairview at Ground Control. A host will check you in and then a private elevator whisks you up to the 14th floor to begin your mbar experience.

It was our one year wedding anniversary and we asked for deck seats but got sat in bar w no view. Dinner was served and mid meal the waitress we had was able to move us to the deck. Wait staff was so nice but management of special occasions requests weak. The waitress brought us complimentary Prosecco which was super kind. Food was ok but maybe we ordered less tasty options. Seemed like small portions and pricey. All and all it was a good time but we won’t rush back for the food. We may at some point pop in for a cocktail and be one and done.

Came to enjoy the view and celebrate our 29th anniversary. Christopher did an excellent job taking care of us including describing the different flavors, herbs and prep of this fantastic Syrian inspired food. Great wine list too and of course the view!

View is the best but you can tell their heart is t in it any longer. Also they hustle you out by 10 I guess which is kinda weird for fine dining and a gorgeous view

A perfect spot for any occasion and weather! Gorgeous views of the city. Super fun to take people visiting from out of town. And the food is delicious.

I have been a long-time customer of Mamnoon, Mbar and recently Hanoon for food , but in terms of views and ambience, Mbar is top of the list :). Recent experience was great as always in terms of food, service and ambience with beautiful views from the covered patio. Highly recommend it.

Wait staff was amazing. When our server had to unfortunately tell us that the kitchen was out of what we had order she already had a list of alternatives. And they were all amazing!
