   First time visit for two in our group of four. The food was very good but we were seated directly next to the kitchen in/out door and it was very busy! Nonstop traffic and temp bussing tables staged next to us. There was a female singer who was good but very loud. Found the restaurant to be very loud and over animated. Had to raise our voices considerably to be heard within our party. The food and service were good, but did not feel this was a $400 experience. Probably will not return. The experiences at places like Blossom and Bourbon and LB Steak are more intimate and more fulfilling in my opinion.

   I always have great experiences at this location until last night ! I had a reservation at 9:45 pm i arrive and the door man ! Says to me the restaurant is closed i told him but i have reservation he said no we are closed ! Until he said ok ask the front i then i proceed to tell the girls in the front i have a reservation at 9:45 they say my name but with a complete different last name mind you half of my party was already sitting at our table ! She than said at 10:00 pm they stop serving drink and food and the restaurant was closed i told her many times it doesn’t make sense if half of my party was already sitting down and they were waiting for us !! Then she said i guess you can go up and check ! When i went up and meet my party at the table i ask the waitress about the situation he said they closed the restaurant at 10:00 pm but they never stop serving food or drinks at 10:00 pm he quickly apologized on behalf of his co-workers . they can’t be lying about reservation and changing people name ! Last reservation i saw on open table was at 10:00 pm I never expected to receive this type of service in such a prestige restaurant . I hope to have a better experience next time .

   We had an anniversary date night at Mastro’s and it was amazing. We had the tomahawk steak and the filet and it was tasty suuuper good. Our server was really nice and helpful with everything since it was our first time. We loved our experience and we hope to come back!

   We had a wonderful dinner of steaks and various sides. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious! Service was outstanding, even the manager came by to have a jolly chat with us, twice. Beautiful restaurant, we will definitely be back!

   This was our first time coming here to celebrate a birthday. We had a great dinner (food, drinks and service). I’m so glad that we switched from HOPR where we normally go for special occasions. Thank you to Adam in reservation for setting up a nice table for our family and to Tia, our Server who was Awesome. I highly recommend this place and we look forward to our next visit.

   Last year we went there celebrated birthday and really enjoyed food and service. However, we were very disappointed this time. All food served together. It was too rushed. Not just for us. I heard people at the next table also complained that the appetizers hadn’t been served yet, Why did they serve the steak first? Our servicer disappears for a long time.

   Our server spoke so fast like she was an auctioneer, possibly in a rush to turn tables. The butters the server listed to us as add-ons were a surprise since they weren’t transparently listed on the menu, so it was a shock to find out later that it was $16 for a ping pong ball size of butter. Our steaks were terrible; they were extremely charred and burnt on the outside and cooked correctly inside. I found myself trying to scrape off the burnt outside while my husband shined a light on it. There was also inedible parts of chewiness. Our server did check on us earlier on while we were still eating our Mac and cheese but otherwise missing by the time we realize how awful our steaks were. When she did check in later she only asked if we liked the butter and dashed off. The only redeeming part of the night was the dessert; we got the seasonal pecan butter cake and a complimentary cheesecake for our anniversary. Overall, worse steakhouse experience, incredibly overpriced, and lackluster service.
