   I'm a huge fan of the MASTROS restaurants, as I've been to several locations in the country. I have never been let down. The chain is consistent with superior service, excellent food and always provides an ultimate experience.

   One of the best new restaurant experiences in Columbus in a long time. Beautiful space, delicious food, and outstanding service. Big thanks to Alison for taking such great care of us.

   Celebrated family birthdays and loved the customization. The house special cosmo was well shaken and a nice balance of alcohol and cranberry. Filet was cooked to specifications Branzino was flaky with a nice sauce that was served to the side. The butter cake was a hit - the dessert platter was nice with chocolate written birthday wishes.

   It was our 35th anniversary! The staff was well-prepared, with custom anniversary menus and cheesecake plate. The GM stopped at our table to introduce himself and check on our service and dining experience. Additionally, I received a telephone call this morning thanking us for choosing their establishment for dinner. We had a great experience thanks to the excellent staff and leadership!

   My Manhattan was watered down, and I sat with an empty drink for the vast majority of dinner, all this after being seated for 15 minutes before receiving a menu. I ordered an after dinner drink, which never came, but still made its way onto the bill (which was eventually taken off ). I have no problem paying for high-end dining, but you at least have to nail the service and the bar program. Doubtful we will return.

   We had an exceptional dinner. The one and only suggestion would be to inform the server that the ladies at the table get to order first then the gentleman. Everything else was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious. It was a wonderful Mother’s Day. We will be back.

    This is our 1st time at Mastro's Steakhouse and the experience was incredible! We shared a shrimp cocktail. The presentation and shrimp were amazing. The shrimp was firm, sauce was perfect with a side of raw horseradish and came out with dry ice....creating a delicious appetizer. Our (2) main courses were a 12oz. fillet mignon with truffle butter. Cooked medium rare and was perfect. The other was the halibut....grilled and also grilled perfectly ! One of the BEST fillets ever. Sides were large and cooked and presented beautifully. Largest order of french fries ever. Hot and delicious! Asparagus was perfect! For dessert we had the chocolate expresso mouse cake with vanilla ice cream and a very generous portion of whipped cream. Fantastic and delicious! Our server Alison was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. A true five star meal and service! Table service with i e water and staff was spot on. Walter Campbell the General Manager introduced himself and asked if we needed anything else......beautiful rooms, great seating and live music being played during dinner. A fantastic atmosphere, excellent service and phenomenal food! We will be back soon!
