   We happened to be seated right next to the kitchen door and my chair was constantly bumped into by the service staff. This did not make for a pleasant experience. Plus having the staff carrying trays over my head constantly did not feel very safe. The restaurant was so loud that we practically had to yell back and forth to talk. Which once again did not provide an exceptional experience for the cost. The food is very good but it this place is busy and they try to seat you in the back corner near the kitchen. Go somewhere else.

   The place is beautiful and the food was great but it is so noisy that the waiter could barely hear us and we could not have a conversation at our table without shouting.

   I'm a huge fan of the MASTROS restaurants, as I've been to several locations in the country. I have never been let down. The chain is consistent with superior service, excellent food and always provides an ultimate experience.

   One of the best new restaurant experiences in Columbus in a long time. Beautiful space, delicious food, and outstanding service. Big thanks to Alison for taking such great care of us.

   Celebrated family birthdays and loved the customization. The house special cosmo was well shaken and a nice balance of alcohol and cranberry. Filet was cooked to specifications Branzino was flaky with a nice sauce that was served to the side. The butter cake was a hit - the dessert platter was nice with chocolate written birthday wishes.

   It was our 35th anniversary! The staff was well-prepared, with custom anniversary menus and cheesecake plate. The GM stopped at our table to introduce himself and check on our service and dining experience. Additionally, I received a telephone call this morning thanking us for choosing their establishment for dinner. We had a great experience thanks to the excellent staff and leadership!

    My Manhattan was watered down, and I sat with an empty drink for the vast majority of dinner, all this after being seated for 15 minutes before receiving a menu. I ordered an after dinner drink, which never came, but still made its way onto the bill (which was eventually taken off ). I have no problem paying for high-end dining, but you at least have to nail the service and the bar program. Doubtful we will return.
