   We were promptly invited to our table. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. We were treated with flatering respect. Our server "Daniel" is 5 star. Mastro's served a beautifullly curated bread basket. My house salad was perfect in everyway, tomatos with flavor, lovely petite greens. Our filets were cooked exactly as ordered, mine rare (was rare, and I cannot describe how elusive that fulfillment has been these last 3 years). Scallop potatos better than my wife's and a generous anniversary presentation ended the feast. I will mention one small failure that is a really almost a minor quibble, The assisting server who brought the salad, offered fresh ground pepper, well perhaps only pepper lovers should be assigned that task, because I have watched an endless parade of hapless dudes & gals grind & grind and grind empty pepper grinders hoping that I will say when. The sound & feel of an empty pepper grinder is obvious. This beautiful young man was especially exuberant and I would love to have him wring out my laundry. Just a humorous moment. We had a wonderfullly orchestrated experience. 5 Stars.

   It’s a lovely place to celebrate an anniversary. Best part of the dinner was the cheesecake. It’s extremely fresh and delicious.

   Food and service was fantastic from Skylar at the hostess desk to Daniel our server. We celebrated my wife’s 65th birthday and had a memorable evening. Thank you everyone that made the evening special.

   The service was excellent as well as the food. Celebrating Birthday was amazing with a Birthday menu. Accommodation for special food needs. Highly recommend Mastro’s. We will return for more occasions.

   Great atmosphere. We are visiting but clearly a destination restaurant. Good vibe. Our server (Ilya?) was great. We were disappointed with the food, however. Bread service was good, wine list was exceptional, but the heirloom tomatoes in the burrata and tomato salad were hard and not ripe. We were at a steak restaurant the night before so went with seafood, which was probably a mistake as the steaks that came out looked great. Swordfish was good but salmon, which was supposed to be pan seared had a somewhat soggy light breading and was not flavorful. So liked the restaurant, but couldn't say the food we got was more than three stars. My guess is the steaks would be a 5. Next time.

   Overall experience was good, not great. Our steak and asparagus were very good, potato was cold and service was slow being we arrived late in the evening and it was not crowded. Overall a three, room for improvement.

   Having been to many Maestro’s and Ocean Club properties over time, City Hall in Scottsdale is always my favorite. Excellent quality steaks, lobster mash and butter cake are to die for! Great place for celebrity site’ings, too! Expect to be treated like royalty be the professional service from the valets, hostess and servers. Cudo’s to the kitchen and Chef! Great Team! Love this place!

    Service and food were excellent once seated but the check in process was strained. Probably took 30 minutes to get seated and had to ask 3 times to see if our table was ready and it actually was but no one was seating us. FYI.
