   This steakhouse has no clue on how to prepare a good steak!! Way overpriced!!! I’ve grilled steaks from Fry’s that taste MUCH better than here! Server started out great but then completely disappeared. Waited over twenty minutes to be checked on. I had to get up and walk to the kitchen to get service. Servers constantly bumping my chair throughout the evening even after I scooted all the way forward. This is NOT a good place for the price. You’re better off going to Outback. This was horrible

   This is supposed to be a “high end” restaurant. In our experience the food was mediocre at best and the waitress was pretty pushy regarding drinks, appetizers and desserts. I get that they are trying to sell as much as they can but it was too much. We won’t be dining there again.

   We enjoyed dinner very much. The deconstructed wedge salad wasn’t what we expected and lacks crispness. Ryan Morton was amazing. He resolved our issue and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely return.

   The best fine dining service experience ever. Our waiter Billy was phenomal. He was personable, friendly, humorous, and kind. The other wait staff, management, and hostesses were awesome in making us feel as valued diners. The restaurant is very clean and well kept. The ambiance is cozy and intimate. Perfect for any type of dinner date. The food was served strategically to ensure everyone's meal came out at the same time. Being served was a delightful experience. The lobster mashed potatoes was the highlight of the sides and the steaks were delicious. The signature butter cake was excellent. Not too sweet, but just right. Served with ice cream and also a side of whipped cream made from scratch. Mouthwatering good. Looking forward to another amazing dining experience soon.

   Food was fantastic as always but our server, Paul, was wonderful. Attentive, great recommendations and fun to talk to about football!

   Excellent quality and service, as is the usual. Our server was very attentive to our needs and checked on us the proper number of occasions throughout the evening.

   Had corporate exec in town for early dinner and apparently there was a party of 20-50? in the dining. Waited an hour after ordering steaks and when inquired was told just 5-7 more minutes. It was 20 more minutes. The steaks were not up to standard. Very disappointed in the experience. I have dined more than 100 times at Mastro’s restaurants over the years and never had such a bad experience.
