Service and ambiance was great as usual. The food quality is not the same. New owners and we were told the new chef has made the dishes better. Sorry, I disagree. Table of 4 and all of our pasta dishes were served cold. I’m pretty sure they used the same cream sauce for all of our dishes but I ordered cacio e Pepe. It was cold and flavorless. I had to ask for more pepper and I seriously believe they put an Alfredo sauce .

Was very pleased to find this restaurant and will be returning in the future. The Carbonara- even though I was shocked to see the penne pasta rather than say, Bucatini, was delicious. The lobster ravioli was also delicious. I believe a little more assistance when it comes to wine is necessary as our waitress grabbed the wrong bottle- varietal and label (although I could see where the confusion with the labels would happen because Stags’ Leap winery is very different than Stags’ Leap wine cellars), but still. Someone should’ve assisted her. Once we had the correct bottle, it was amazing Artemis need I say more.. parking is easy and available right across the street. Went there for bday lunch. I think our waitress was new and it’ll just take her a little time to get used to things. No big deal.

We dined here on Halloween and it was very quiet. Our server was delightful and the staff very friendly. However, I was disappointed that the Chicken Marsala was not hot when served and the lasagne was just OK. It’s a lovely restaurant - just not what hit the spot for me.

Food was excellent! We love Massimo even after all these years. BTW...the noise level really subsided by 8:30 but it was people enjoying their evening! All cool.

Our experience wasn't what we usually received from this restaurant. Then I found out the restaurant has new owners, Wence's. No wonder. Not great service, food was good but not the same quality as when it was Massimo.

Disappointing. Quite expensive, and some dishes were lacking, others excellent. Shrimp cocktail good, but ordinary. Beet salad very small, too bland. Salmon excellent. Eggplant parmigiana a little dry, not enough sauce, and sauce not interesting enough. Lemon curd dessert excellent.

Stephanie was excellent! Super nice and friendly. The food was out of this world. Perfect steak and porchetta! Melt in your mouth goodness. The crab cakes were a nice surprise as well. Thank you!
