   Everything was wonderful with the exception of the timeliness of our reservation. Our reservation was for 7:30 but we weren’t seated u til after 8:00. The bartender did buy us a drink and the server did give us a free dessert which really helped us get over the inconvenience. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious, service was outstanding and ambiance is wonderful.

   Five of us had dinner in the upstairs dining area. We had reservations and were seated right away at a table with a great view of the water. Our waiter was great - answering questions and giving suggestions. We had the filet, New York strip and the grouper special with coconut shrimp and ordered the calamari and charcuterie board for appetizers. Our drinks and food were all fantastic! Great atmosphere- quiet enough where we could have a nice conversation. Strongly recommend- we will be back!

   A good restaurant, but Open Table created a mess. When I tried to make the reservation through OpenTable, you required sending me a text code. I put it into your software then you required a second code and that didn’t work at all then a third one that didn’t work finally the fourth one you emailed to me not text so overall I had to wait and manage text any emails for a simple reservation. I’m done with Open Table.

   Perfect Benchmark levels of service. Food was awesome and service was great!!! My number one spot in Sarasota view is great too!!!!!

   If I’m spending high end prices, I expect high end service. I was very impressed with Brian (I think that was his name) and all of the other servers. We had a couple of different requests and they came through with flying colors. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

   The duck and lobstercargo eewere good as well as the caprese salad appetizer. Absence of the ahi tuna entree from the menu was a disappointment. Noise level wase high enough to affect ambience adversely and prevent quiet conversation.

   Marina Jack was fine. The restaurant is dated and needs to be refurbished. I had the shrimp and asparagus scampi. It was ok-pasta was overcooked. My husband had prime rib special and it was just okay. Overall everything was ok and for the price I was a bit disappointed

    I ordered the chef’s menu special Mahi Mahi which was served in a lemon caper sauce & topped with 2 broiled scallops. It was by far, the best prepared fish I ever eaten. My husband shrimp & scallop pasta dish in white wine & garlic sauce, which he said was excellent. Our server executed excellent service as well. A wonderful in a beautiful setting.
