   A great place to go & enjoy a meal. Very gracious & attentive staff. A neighborhood find. Always enjoy our evenings there. There is no finer bartender than Jimmy.

   Our 3 meals were great as well as the service by Riley on new years eave! The restaurant opened at 5 pm and the place filled rapidly, causing an extended delay for our meals. We will be sure to return on a non holiday date.

   We had dined here on Thursday as well as Saturday and Saturday was quite a bit more lively. Nevertheless, the restaurant staff were all working as a team to take care of all the patrons. The Burrata appetizer was fresh and flavorful, the seared Salmon and bacon wrapped Salmon were delicious, the Lobster was so tender, and the Bison Bolognese was tasty. We also enjoyed the scrumptious carrot cake and Chocolate Mouse cake which were beautifully done and of the right texture and moistness. Jake is an outstanding server and very personable. His service and care elevated our dining experience! We regret not having had more time, in town, to try their bakery. Next time! Thank you Marigold's!

   Our server Jake was terrific, introducing himself, asking about any celebrations besides Xmas and I told him we celebrated our 45th Anniversary the day before. A few minutes later he came out with Champagne and Lobster Bites for all of us as a gift from the restaurant to help continue our celebration. We ordered our drinks and Jake explained the menu, made fabulous suggestions and all four of us enjoyed our dinners! The stuffed Shrimp with wrapped Bacon, the Burgers and finally the Lobster, Shrimp Ravioli had an awesome sauce. We ordered the Key Lime Pie with four forks and of course Jake brought out a piece of Red Velvet Cake as another gift from the restaurant. Fabulous food, incredible service and a wonderfully kind restaurant!!

   This is one of our “go to” restaurants for special occasions. The food was great as always but our experience was just not as special, especially for Christmas Eve. We had booked over month in advance & confirmed 2 days ahead but were seated in side table in bar area with bar tv on with sports broadcast—no holiday music which left ambience less than optimal. And we understand it was a busy night but service was very spotty, bordering on poor. Disappointing experience overall.

   This was a mistake turned into a brilliant new find! Thought I was making reservations at Marigold Bakery only to find out that I was booked for the Bistro which is a 20 minute drive south of the Bakery location. It was Christmas Eve and I was initially not very happy to find out this mistake. My fault but when making a reservation definitely clarify the location! To my surprise and delight the Bistro was a diamond in the rough! The bakery was packed and loud, the Bistro was quiet and really a step up from the bakery in terms of atmosphere and noise level. The food was delicious, the service very attentive, and you could have a conversation without shouting. Much better than the popular bakery location. It is a much further drive for us than the bakery but will definitely keep it in mind as a backup when popular places are booked. When they call to confirm your reservation be sure to clarify the location. The Bistro is off of Cheyenne Blvd, the Bakery is off of Garden of the Gods. Big difference!
