   Lovely decor, friendly staff and great salad but mediocre fish tacos and pounding music plus people noise. Not the very good experience we had on the first visit.

   We had a reservation and were seated right away. Chips, salsa, and water delivered within moments. We ordered drinks and then food. I ordered a spicy jalapeño margarita, like I normally do, and asked for it to be extra spicy. I was disappointed to find it to be of normal spicy levels despite the appearance of extra jalapeño peppers in the beverage. I ate a few and found them to be frozen, and after the first couple figured out that they were in fact bell peppers. Not worth complaining about since I had consumed most of the beverage by that point, but something to watch for in the future. The food was very good.

   Easier forgot to put my order in with rest of table. Didn't come back or notice until I said something. Took over 30 min to get my food and then had auto 18% tip added still

   Margarita Factory was recommended by a friend. They were not wrong. Service was great, fast and friendly. Everyone was working hard. Looked like they enjoyed the team work. So friendly. Menu offered a variety of options. Reservations easy to make. Thanks Everyone. A perfect first date.

   We had great service and great food. I made the reservation an hour ahead of time and they were prepared for our table of 9 when we arrived. We had a great server named Mariah and she was outstanding in taking care of my work staff in the manner she did. Thank you Margarita Factory...and Mariah. Lori Roper

   This is my first time dining here. We sat in the covered outside area. Our server was very attentive. The food was delicious. And I thought it was a good value.

   Went for early mother’s day dinner, still plenty of parking. I ordered fajitas and the wife ordered an avocado bacon burger. After 25 minutes the waiter brings my beans, rice and fixings and says food should be out soon. 20min later the waiter comes out and says they don’t have any buns, how about a lettuce wrap. It took 45 minutes to let us know they didn’t have buns, but knew to bring the stuff for fajitas. She begrudgingly said she would do tacos. A few minutes later they said the found some buns and assured us they were fresh. The wife said and 15 minutes later the food arrived. The burger was a guacamole bacon burger not avocado fries were greasy, oh and after a few bites the wife realized there was no bacon. When she mentioned it to the waitress she apologized and said she could bring some that my wife could add. My wife asked if she could take it and bring one fixed correctly if it wouldn’t take another 45 minutes and the waitress said it could. When my wife asked for the name of the manager the waitress said she wasn’t sure she could give his name out. That put the misses over the edge and dinner was ruined. I had to take her to get something to eat somewhere else. The manager did come out and was very apologetic , said they were extremely busy and he was in the kitchen helping. Said he would give my wife anything she wanted because he didn’t want her to leave hungry but by then it was a wrap. He did comp the meal … but it was not the evening I was hoping for. Nice people, but I don’t think we’ll be back after that experience. By the way when we left line of people at the door and no parking to be found.

   The atmosphere it was clean nicely decorated. The only draw back is it was loud. I was going for dinner not trying to recreate my experience at Cabo.

    Food and Margaritas were good Madison, our server was incredibly attentive and friendly. The noise level was beyond a comfortable level. It was a warm evening and the restaurant got too warm.
