   What a delightful evening. The ambience alone is muted and elegant. Jessica provided us with amazing service from start to finish. A real highlight for me was the M & A Butter service with the Filet Mignon; absolutely amazing. We will be back!

   The food was delicious. Not a fan of the French onion soup but that’s probably just personal preference. First, I requested outside and I wouldn’t recommend. We always love Maple and Ash but this time we were not happy with our service at all. We were seated then sat for quite a while before anyone asked us if we wanted a drink or anything. We had to ask if there were any specials (which there was). My husband’s drink sat empty for 25 minutes as we waited for our food. That’s a long time without checking on us. At that time My drink was a couple sips from empty. The waiter finally came over to tell us our food is almost done. The waiter then saw my husband’s empty glass and asked if he wanted a drink. I figured since it was 25 minutes before he checked on us he would ask if I wanted one. Nope… once my husband said he didn’t need one the waiter walked away. 🙄 If it was a cheap bar n grill type of place it would be different. For a high end restaurant we felt the waiter didn’t even want us there. My king crab and my husband’s bone in filet was amazing.

   The Sunday brunch was wonderful and the service was amazing! Easy valet parking. Beautiful atmosphere!

   Eisenhower steak was downright tough. Totally unacceptable for the price. Did not send it back. Not my style. Is there a dress code for this restaurant? Pretty lousy from what I saw on the majority of clients.. Staff looks great.

   Paul, we are genuinely sorry to hear that we let you down during your recent visit. That's certainly not the type of comments we normally hear, nor the experience we want our guests to have. We wish you had let us know about your steak so we could have quickly made you a new one, but we understand your not wanting to do that. Regarding our dress code, we ask that guests dress business casual or better, and we do our best to enforce that, but we will make sure we keep a sharper eye on it. We'd love a second chance to impress you. Next time, please ask for a manager so we can see that you have a great dining experience. Thank you for the opportunity.    I want to start off by saying we have been to this upscale Resturant several times but it’s been about a year ago. Boy have the dynamic’s changed. The younger crowd that filled the dining room on Saturday night was the main event. It looked like a playboy club instead of a fine upscale dinner venue. We found out they had a new Head Chef and we knew immediately from the quality of the food. Their signature Chicago cowboy ribeye was very thin and not a fine cut of meat🥩! It was not tender and a steak I would expect to be served at a local Denny’s. The mashed potatoes were runny. Brussel sprouts were good. Drinks good. We had brought some friends who were in from out of town and we were all extremely disappointed in our dinner experience at Maple & Ash Scottsdale. Needless to say, We will not be returning!!

   I was at Maple & Ash yesterday. Ordered the Eisenhower. It was the worst steak I had in years. I can describe it in one word grizzle far from top notch. It was horrible.
