   Overall my experience at Maple & Ash was very good. However, I was disappointed in their ‘signature’ fire-grilled seafood tower. It was all over-cooked. And for the price AND it being their signature item, it should be perfect! All our other items were delicious & our server was absolutely lovely. I just wish I hadn’t been so disappointed in a menu item I’d really been looking forward to.

   Last minute reservation. Excellent food really enjoyed our server. He was top-notch highly recommend this restaurant.

   Reservation:This was the most frustrating part of going to this restaurant. I booked on OpenTable for a party of 6, and I had to increase it to a party of 10. This required me to call in & leave a message. The recording states that for parties of 12 or more, you must contact Sales or Banquet, but apparently, for anything over 6, as I was informed via text. Via text, they said they would check with the management team if they could accommodate. I checked the next day and someone texted back to wait another day., 5 or 6 days later (2 days before the dinner) i called and spoke to Lauren that I needed to know if I needed to find another restaurant for my clients and she said they didn't have a manager on the floor but she would check. Half an hour later, I received confirmation for 10. They do require a non-refundable $100 per person charge that will go towards food or drinks. Food/Drinks: Excellent, they started off by pouring delicious martini drinks and a caviar-dip that was delicious.I ordered the branzino fish and some sides, and it was all very flavorfull and scrumptious. We also ordered the sunday desert, a coconut cream pie, and chocolate cake, all to be shared, except sundays. Everyone had a bowl, and you could sprinkle it with a variety of options. Service: Impeccable Ambiance: Upscale steakhouse with a fun personality Noteworthy: I would recommend booking far in advance

   Everything was outstanding. Amazing service, food was wonderful. Ambiance was great. Restaurant was quite loud though if you're looking for a quiet place, this isn't it.

   The experience was amazing. Our waiter started us out with a complimentary prickly pear martini and it just got better from there! The food and service can't be beat. A must for dining in Scottsdale.

    This experience is truly unmatched. The way that Maple & Ash personalizes the menu for special occasions is so special. The service is great, and the staff are super friendly. We did the IDGAF menu for my fiancée’s 24th birthday, and while it does seem pricey, it was well worth it! The experience and amount of food that you get is insane! Plus you don’t have the stress of choosing something from the menu, the chef curates the dinner experience for you. This was our first dinner experience here, we typically come for brunch (which is also AMAZING), but we were blown away.
