   Dining at Maple & Ash was the greatest birthday experience I HAVE EVER HAD . The staff was friendly, respectful, and the food was 10/10. Amy was our server and took excellent care of us. Seafood tower was amazing as well as the homage pasta that followed. Becca made us some espresso martini’s and they was devine. Don’t miss out on a brunch at Maple! This was amazing.

   We had excellent service and excellent food. Not to be a stick in the mud, but I feel if there's a dress code posted, they should be enforcing it. Highly recommend the I Don't Give a F@#"** menu. My only feedback is that the IDGAF can only be ordered if 2 or more people at the table will be ordering.

   Amazing experience end to end. Ambience was beautiful and the service was exceptional. Enjoyed the seafood tower and the bone in filet. I can’t recommend this spot more. Great for a celebration or a special night out.

   Went here for my boyfriends birthday and loved it. Michael was our server and he was amazing. He had great wine recommendations and gave great service! Food was delicious and we had a great experience.

   They charge you a fee on your bill for employee healthcare. Just imagine if every business added a line item tax like this after consumption you were obligated to pay. Such a lame tactic on costs they either need to fund themselves or include in their cost of goods sold. Maybe not surprising coming from business owners accused of stealing covid funds for personal use.

   Brett, please allow us to explain the rationale behind our staff benefits charge. To help cover health insurance, benefits, and staff wellness programs, we add a 3.5% charge for all transactions paid. However, we break this out as a separate charge rather than build it into the costs of items as most businesses do, so that if you choose, we can take that charge off your bill.    We have been here before & it was great, not this time for NYE unfortunately. Paid for the IDGAF & wine pairing ($450 per person), only got two types of wine, the food took forever (says 2 hours for 2 to eat, we were there for 3.5 hours), and pretty sure a course was missed. Every table near us got more food, more wine, and tables that sat after us finished before us (by a lot). Bill came & they didn’t apply the $400 we prepaid, then they charged us for the 20% tip twice, had to send the bill back 3 times. Super disappointing NYE dinner we were very excited for.

   We chose M&A for our NYE celebrations. Due to traffic, 2 in our party were running late. The waitress kept pushing us & let us know our table would be turned at 7:15 around 5:45, even despite the $800 prepaid reservation. Also to note, only $200 of which was applied to our bill. I understand the need for the table, it’s the manner in which it was communicated. Not to mention, we were seated outside when I had chosen indoor seating on my reservation. In addition, the menu options were not communicated clearly & the rush to order made us choose something that did not work for the entire party. The waitresses attitude and demeanor is really what distressed us in the end, but to top it off, she lost my boyfriend’s credit card, which was charged an additional time for another table. She insisted she had given it back to him & kinda argued about it. Turns out, she gave it to the table next to us. Given our dining experience, I’d be weary of spending anymore time or money at M&A, especially this location.

   Had a blast at Maple & Ash before the Fiesta Bowl. Great staff and everyone was very friendly to us. Food was amazing and the drinks too.

   I asked for the best seating and wasn’t given it. The vibes were amazing! The menu was underwhelming. Food was okay. I think when I came here in April for dinner it was much better. Our waitress was nice but try to tell me that you guys never did a buffet style meal when we first came here in 5 years ago until I showed her pictures that God I found the pictures anyway the star was your bacon & the drink was strong but good. I would come back for dinner!
