Legendary chef Daniel Boulud created his namesake Maison Boulud to reinterpret French classics. At his downtown Montreal restaurant, artisanal Quebecois products and local ingredients are used to craft modern dishes.     Service and food were outstanding. Lots of attention to detail. There was a dish i was not satisfied with and it was corrected immediately. Don't miss the experience and ambiance of this place. Special thanks to Romain, and Stephanie .
