    It was a great unique experience! Service was great. LGBTQ friendly. The porterhouse to share is a perfect experience. The truffle potatoes were incredible. A must in mtl ! Great evening

    I think mistaken expectations was the issue. This place is next to a hotel, so it was a mix of young families with squalling toddlers, business people and couples. I expected a higher-end place with unique cuisines. It just wasn't special enough. The service was excellent. The food was good but not as impressive as I expected: the lobster pappardelle is a great choice. The steaks were good, just nothing unique other than specifically choosing the sizes of your cuts.

    Steak was average for the price. Had to ask for bread, there was no peppercorn in the peppercorn sauce. Overall experience was ok but not the best.

    Notre expérience chez Maggie Oakes était excellente. Ma copine est sans gluten et le staff s’est montré très proactif à son égard ~ le menu s’est aussi facilement adapté. C’est aussi un très bel endroit où il fait bon se reposer et où les conversations sont faciles!

    Amazing flavor in meat and everything else. So well considered and the soup part of the French onion soup had a great depth of flavor. The steak was well seasoned the pepper sauce was gorgeous and the mash potato’s were so tasty, even the veg was not overcooked all in a superior meal. Great wine list. Sad the place was not packed it should be every night.

    Was there for brunch. Young staff very attentive to your needs. Food was fabulous. Great location (Old Port) and interior. Recommend highly. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Avons été pour le brunch. Jeune personnel très attentif à nos besoins et souriant. Nourriture excellente. Beau restaurant bien situé au vieux port. Chaudement recommandé.

    The welcome person attitude was lacking and had no respect for the reservation. Place us right by the door wouldn’t listen to change our seat. Other than that our waitress was amazing.
