By day, we are a culinary laboratory; by night, an exclusive wine bar set within a professional kitchen. Our wine selection, available by the glass or bottle, features a curated collection of vintages, formats, and special labels. To pair, we offer an international tapas-inspired menu with a distinctive Italian foundation—delicious, concise, ever-evolving, and designed for sharing.

We offer two spaces: the Chef’s Table and the Terrace. The Chef’s Table is a two-hour experience available by reservation for groups of 1 to 6, at 7:00 p.m. or 9:15 p.m., with Omakase-style service. On the Terrace, you can enjoy à la carte or Omakase, with or without a reservation.

Omakase is an experience where the chef selects each dish, combining fresh ingredients and refined technique. Dishes are tailored to your group and preferences.

    Al reservar esta experiencia, serás recibido en una enorme mesa de acero compartida en el centro de nuestra cocina. Con la guía del sommelier Jocsan Lomelí, seleccionarás tu vino, acompañado de las mejores aceitunas, un excelso Reggiano y deliciosa focaccia. El chef Iván Zavala preparará frente a ti un menú omakase de 5 a 9 tiempos, combinando técnica con ingredientes del día y adaptándolo a tus preferencias y al número de invitados. Esta experiencia de 2 horas, ofrece platillos y bebidas que se cobran individualmente. Es decir, el prepago de $600 p/p no incluye un menú fijo o bebidas, ni es utilizable para gratificaciones, sino que se aplica como descuento en la cuenta final, que deberá ser liquidada al terminar la experiencia.

    The Omakase experience was stellar! Both the food (amazing) and the warmth of the hosting by both Chef Ivan, waiter Emanuel, and the rest of the team. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

    Good place for drinks and tapas; the only thing is that the chairs don’t have a backrest, which was a bit uncomfortable for me, but other than that, everything was great.

    La calidad y preparación de la comida es espectacular. La atención del chef y de los demás integrantes del equipo no tiene igual. La selección de vinos en el menú con maridaje es inmejorable, tienen vinos poco conocidos, sin embargo espectaculares.

    Excelente experiencia, originalmente no alcancé a reservar en barra que es el mejor lugar para ir en plan romántico. Sin embargo nos pasaron a dos lugares que se liberaron, la atención es muy buena, todo muy rico, desde la comida hasta los tragos.
