   Food was average at best. Steak had lots of grissle, fat and unedible pieces in it. The fries were over done and not good. I was kind of tired of complaining over every aapect that was sub par. Wouldnt reccommend and wouldnt go back.

   Brunch with Santa was amazing! Pictures with Santa at the lobby of Dayton followed by delicious brunch.

   Madam never disappoints. Dawn was our server and she was amazing. I took my husband last night for his bday dinner and everything from the gem Cesar’s to the salmon, oysters and filet were perfect. We enjoyed a couple house cocktails (I recommend the Madam) and for desert we had the 10 layer chocolate cake. Perfect ending to a perfect night. If you are a diner who likes space, Madam is great about spacing seating in the main dining room. I had most of the booth’s bench continuations to lay my coat and bag down. Madam gets it! Thanks again to Dawn who was perfection in service and always seems to know when to stop by and check on us.

   Went for brunch. The restaurant was almost empty. The waitress was pleasant. The food was fine. Definitely trying to be fancy but it was nothing apecial

   Absolutely NOT the same since it was taken over by Hilton. The food is expensive and for the price point the kitchen is too far off. It’s a real shame because if it was on point the flavors could be amazing. The service behind the bar and in the lounge area is absolutely terrible. I feel sorry for the waitstaff at the mercy of the bar. Beyond slow. Forgotten orders etc. 20 minute wait for a drink etc.

   We had an *incredible* experience here for the second year in a row at our annual neighbor get together holiday tea! Jodi, our fantastic server, spoiled us from the moment we arrived. They had made note of some of our asks in the reservation and everything thoughtfully planned. We felt like we were treated like queens for the day! Love that we’re making this an annual tradition and already looking forward to next year’s holiday tea!

   We went to Madam at The Daxton for the Thanksgiving buffet. I was a bit disappointed by the service. For a $90 meal + drinks I expect $100 service. We were sat in the corner of the banquet room (not the restaurant advertised), and didn't have a server come to fill our waters or take our drink order for 10 minutes. Once the server did come to our table I asked for an Espresso Martini and was met with "let me get you the wine list." It then took another 5 minutes to get a wine list -- which didn't list any cocktails on it. Go figure...it's a wine list. We then ordered our cocktails and were told "he wasn't sure if he could get those but he'd go see." We did eventually end up with cocktails. It was clear they hired a catering service of waitstaff that didn't normally work there. The food was really really good. The extra ammentities like the photo booth were nice touches. I'd just advise in the future to make sure servers are educated on the space, and cocktails since their only job is deliving drinks (since it was a buffet). Thanksgiving is special and I want to feel special when I go out to eat on a Holiday.

   We enjoyed the food our waitress was very pleasant. We have been back since then to the bar to warm up with a hot chocolate and I have to say it was absolutely delicious. We were not expecting that at all!!! If you haven’t tried their hot chocolate give it a try. Definitely going to be one of our stops when we are out on our walks.

   Excellent selection of food, for Thanksgiving Day buffet, although it seemed like there was a larger selection last year. The band was very good as was the service. Chief complaint, while the food was good, it was lukewarm.

    Thanksgiving buffet was overpriced for mediocre food and terrible service. The tables were tiny, cramped w/ bars barring legs from resting under the table. There wasn’t enough room for plates, glasses, etc for 4 people- especially since no one offered to clear our plates b/t courses or refill drinks my child and I had no water most of the meal. We had to track someone down to clear our plates before we could to get our next course at the buffet. Took a while There would not have been room on the tiny table for more plates. It was a cocktail table suitable for 2-way to small for 4 people for a buffet. The food was mediocre. The meat was not replaced quickly enough. I waited for my preference but finally gave up since ny food was getting cold. My meal was lukewarm by the time I ate it. The room turned so cold toward the end of our meal that we had to get our coats from coat check to wear at the table. Payment was done on a small device directed by a server and automatically added a 20% tip (which came to to $50 ) -plus we were prompted to add or decline additional tip in front of the server (awkward). The automatic tip not disclosed when purchasing tickets. I assumed for that price and a buffet it was included.
