   Came here for her birthday celebration. They were very welcoming when we walked in. We did the price fixed taster’s menu with wine pairing our waiter. Nathan was wonderful however, unfortunately the food did not meet expectation. Tasting samples at the beginning, we’re OK a little simple considering it was a Chef’s menu. The pasta was not good. The pasta was heavy and the carrot purée, overpowered the lobster and the truffles. The  beef, short ribs. I didn’t even eat way too smoky and tough. The wine pairing was very good and the wine was explained well. Would not go back sad to say I was expecting a lot more .

   Maass was an incredible experience from the front door all the way throughout our service. Attentive but not overbearing. Nicole gave great recommendations that my party followed and we were everything but disappointed.

   The staff was well-trained, while food and Service was excellent. They were able to accomodate special dietary request from the group (gluten sensitivity) and added nice touch to a birthday celebration.

   Wow, what an experience. It's expensive (especially if you upgrade your wine pairings), but it is very special. My wife and I had a truly memorable experience.

   It was a disappointing night. We were at Maas to celebrate a birthday. We had a nice round table in a rather lacklustre room. Service was generally poor and slow. A couple of us thought the wait staff uniforms were dirty or at least ill fitting. We ordered bread. A plate of rolls arrived with one serving of honey butter, one butter knife and no bread plate. One of our guests had a cold No one was particularly interested in sharing the one butter knife. And where, was the bread and butter to go? We asked for side plates. Bowls were delivered. The bread was terrific The presentation was poor. Every one enjoyed their appetizers. We were provided small forks and spoons to eat the appetizers. A knife would have come in handy for the people having salad. Presentation of the appetizers was great. Prior to the main course arriving, we were given a choice of steak knives. We were left with the small forks ( they looked like dessert forks) and spoons. Two of us had chicken. Two had the lamb. The lamb was supposed to be medium rare. Both portions arrived blood red and lukewarm warm. They were very rare without even a hint of a sear on the outside. We spoke to the waiter, who took those two plates and said he would speak with the chef. One guest asked for salt and pepper. The two chicken eaters finished their meals before the salt and pepper arrived in two small bowls Again, one of the guests had a cold. Were all of us supposed to dip our fingers into the salt and pepper bowls? Are there no grinders or shakers? The lamb dinners were delivered ( cooked perfectly to medium rare). All 4 meals were presented well and were flavourful. No one apologized for the undercooked lamb and no one asked how we were enjoying the meal. One dessert menu was brought to the table. No one came to ask if anyone wanted to order dessert. We had to track down our waiter to get a bill. I am a huge Four Seasons fan. This restaurant was a disappointment.

   Excellent! Delicious and innovative dishes inspired by various locals and cultural styles, beautifully presented. Very nice walk through the beautiful Four Seasons Lobby and outdoor area, elegant and trendy dining room, especially fun and entertaining at the Chef’s Counter observing the preparation of the talented chefs. Nice touch of the personally printed menu. Two things I must mention, a, the service dish that resembles a splatter liquid, though it is beautiful, not very functional as it continuously swiveling as you try to manage the contents, and b, after one of the courses, the server clear the dishes while I’m still chewing with a piece of bread still in my hand! Very annoying! By the way, that truffle Brioche with the truffle butter was very delicious! I hope that the restaurant saw this review and makes some improvements… Overall, it was a wonderful night, good value, I would recommend it to anyone.

    Great dining experience. The ambience of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and tasteful decor that set the perfect mood for the evening. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that our needs were met promptly throughout the night. (Thanks Nathan for the excellent service).
