Appalling. Booked a table in advance and ordered food at 1.30. First choices not available so chose other options- one fish and chips and one portion of chicken wings. At 2.15 I had to ask where our food was. Told it’d be ready in 3-4 minutes. Ten minutes later the food came- nearly one hour later. My chicken wings were RAW inside. Inedible! Called the manager over. He explained as it was a Bath rugby match day they were struggling to cope! I said if they knew that we should have been told there was an hour wait for food and we would have gone elsewhere. Not a good excuse for poor service and wings that take an hour to cook and are still raw- The kitchen is too small and obviously cannot cope. Will never eat there again.

We arrived early and got drink while we waited for our table which gave us time to decide on food order. Placed order soon after 1pm. The table of guys next to us put their order in about 15 minutes after us and got it within around 10 minutes so we queried with waitress. Next table again ordered after us and got food before us. Eventually discovered order put in but lost in kitchen so got food at nearly 1:45. When it arrived it was good quality, what a pity service was so poor
