Delicious starters, friendly, helpful staff and a fun atmosphere - we sat at the bar and watched the food being prepped. Great evening.

3 of us went for dinner at Lucky Khao last Thursday and had a lovely experience. It’s gorgeous in there and even though we were one of about 3 tables dining that night it still had a pleasant ambience. We’re vegan and the waitress helpfully talked us through what we could have from the menu, which is tapas so we ordered lots of dishes to share. I will say for my usual budget (which is admittedly quite small) I did find this a little on the pricey side, but I think it’s worth it for the care and attention that goes into the dishes. I can’t remember how many dishes we had but among them were the corn ‘ribs’ which were delicious, vegan drunken noodles, pumpkin curry, sticky rice and mushroom larb (?) which is basically minced mushroom flavoured with spices. Everything was delicious; we all felt pleasantly but not uncomfortably full afterwards. I think this is a really nice place to go for a special treat, date or birthday party.

Great venue and nice food! Love it! I celebrated my birthday day and absolutely enjoy the food and service was good place was beautiful too! One of cool places and restaurant in Brighton!
