   I brought my family and we were really excited to dine. My husband and I had been there the year prior and wanted to share our experience with the rest of the family. While the food was good, unfortunately the service was absolutely atrocious. Gordon Ramsay was dining there, and that was exciting to see, but it seems the staff forgot about everyone else in the restaurant. Once he left for the evening, it only went further downhill. My water cup was empty more than it was full and our overall dining experience took nearly 3 hours. Two of my kids fell asleep while waiting for dessert and I was half tempted to skip dessert just to leave. It took an additional 30 minutes to get the tab and we had been overcharged for something that we ordered but was never delivered to our table. Overall good food, but for my family’s first time dining in a high end restaurant it was a terrible experience and not worth it. We were really disappointed because we flew all the way from CA to dine there the evening before a family cruise. Both events, dining at Lucky Cat and the cruise we had been saving up for over a year and it was supposed to be special for us all.

   I recently visited Lucky Cat Miami and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. It took about 30-40 minutes to receive a soda, which seemed excessively long for a simple drink. Additionally, our server forgot several items we ordered, including drinks and dishes. This oversight affected our meal experience significantly and the dinner took over three hours. To top it off, the food quality was subpar as well. Given these issues, I won’t be recommending this restaurant and do not plan on returning in the future.

   For the portions, the price is on the high end, even more so than Hell Kitchen. However, the experience, quality and service was great overall. It also stays open late which is a rarity.

   Fantastic restaurant. Lucky Cat is a favourite and have dined at both Mayfair and Bishopsgate. The atmosphere here was amazing, the service was outstanding and having a few different options on the Miami menu compared to London was great! A huge thank you to the whole team for their brilliant hospitality.

   This was an awful experience. I went, for the first time, to Lucky Cat six months ago. It was good. The place was full. Serví was Miami ok (bad for international standards). I decided to return Sunday, April 20. The place was empty—only one additional table. We ordered the tasting menu. It was the worst Omakase I tried ever! Soooo bad! Soooo poor quality! Soooo overpriced! Look, Miami has many wonderful restaurants, don't waste your time and money here. The manager offered a “free dinner next time”, the food was so bad we declined! I will not return ever!

   Zero stars. With the “fantastic” staff running this place, it’ll be shut down in no time. Not a surprise there are barely any guests — and yet, everything takes forever. They take your order, vanish, and return 40 minutes later with cold Australian wagyu, like it had been abandoned in the kitchen. I asked for bread — twice, to two different waiters — and never got it. The staff seems totally spaced out. Cold food, clueless service. Not coming back, and wouldn’t recommend.

   This was a birthday celebration, and it took 3 different servers stopping by our table until someone mentioned it. We order the 8 courses menu, and I warned that I cannot have anything Spicy(hot). They brought the food and did not warn me that it was spicy. When I mentioned, they remove the plate and never brought a replacement. We had to wait for 10 minutes until someone stopped by our table to bring us some cutlery because they brought us salmon and chicken without the utensil to eat it. By the time the cutlery got to the table, the food was cold and chewy. Severely disappointed

    Ricardo our server was great and provided insights into what to order. Devon the director was amazing - he came by several times, had a great conversation with him and made the evening more special. thanks for a great evening, excellent food, outstanding service and ambiance.
