   Finally made it here after wanting to go for years. Walking by it looks like a wild and fun vibe. Very crowded, hostess stand was chaos. Got our table, inside, but didn’t want to wait for a table outside despite having a reservation. Kind of a disappointment being inside and also very loud inside. Ordered calamari appetizer and octopus appetizer. Calamari was ok, octopus was a disappointment. We then split chicken parmigiana which was delicious along with home made side of pasta. Drinks and wine selection were excellent. Fun vibe well worth trying but keep expectations in check.

   We have been to Louie Bosse numerous times. It has a trendy, energetic crowd with a fun vibrant atmosphere. There were 6 of us and we had a reservation. I understand that it is "season in Florida," but the restaurant was packed and the service was very slow and appeared to be understaffed. It took a while for our table to be recognized. The waiter rarely checked back with our table and it took over 30 minutes to get our dinner. Once served, my pasta was luke warm. The food is good and the portions are generous but it seems like the waiters had numerous tables to keep track of which slowed service considerably.

   Rock concert sound level in this old school Italian restaurant. Service was outstanding and dishes were well executed, but something was off in most recipes - liver-y Bolognese, meat on pizza that was 1/4” thick and limp arugula to name a few misses Good news? The gelato shop on the other side of Las Olas has the best desserts! Will not return

   We love this place! The staff is fantastic, Alex the hostess and Brittany the server are rock stars. The are both so accommodating and friendly. Brittany is a fantastic server who always gets our food and drink orders correct. Service with a smile😀

   Go for the food! The trendy ambience, the exuberance and noise level of the crowd are a small price to pay for the amazing and unbelievably reasonable prices of the food.

   A fantastic dinner. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. The cacio e pepe was some of the best I’ve had outside of Rome. Great experience!

   The restaurant is beautiful. We were out of town celebrating a birthday. Reservation was for 6:30. We did not receive our food till after 8:00pm. Was told the kitchen was busy. That’s all. Some of the food came out cold which was a disappointment. The items we ordered were not complicated meals either. Chicken Parm and pasta dishes. Overall it was a decent experience but just wish the wait was shorter and food wasn’t cold.

   Great atmosphere and vibe. Packed house for a Wednesday night. Chicken parm was as good as I’ve had, but service was painfully slow.

    Martini Monday (martini’s 1/2 off) is my friends and I favorite outing on Monday’s after a long day at work. Not a long wait for a table when you have reservations. I have celiac disease and they have a good amount of options for those with a gluten intolerance or allergy. They’re able to make any of their pasta dishes gluten free with their gluten free pasta, which they make in house. The head chef also brings out all gluten free dishes and there’s a certified gluten free sticker which is a nice touch.
